摘要： Cosmetic compositions, kits thereof, and methods of making and using such cosmetic compositions. The cosmetic compositions typically include about 20 to about 95 wt. % of a polyol; about 5 to about 70 wt. % of one or more monoalcohols having from 2 to 6 carbon atoms; about 0.1 to about 10 wt. % of one or more cationic surfactants; about 0.1 to about 20 wt. % of one or more fatty compounds; and about 1 to about 15 wt. % of a combination of a urea compound and citric acid, wherein all weight percentages are based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition. The cosmetic compositions have a weight ratio of polyol to monoalcohol(s) that is from 20:1 to 1:20. Additionally, the cosmetic compositions typically have a mole ratio of citric acid to urea compound of that is about 10:0.5 to about 0.5:10.

摘要： The disclosure relates to compositions for altering the color of keratin fibers and methods of using the compositions. 摘要： A method of manufacturing a cosmetic composition by preparing a mixture that includes a sucrose esters and one or more solvents. The sucrose ester can have a fatty acid portion having from about 12 to about 24 carbon atoms and the sucrose esters can be selected from the group consisting of mono-ester, di-ester, tri-ester, tetra-ester, and mixtures thereof. The one or more solvents can have Hildebrand Solubility Parameter of from about 23 to about 31.5(J/cm3)1/2 and Polar component of Hansen Solubility Parameter of from about 4.5 to about 10.5 (J/cm3)1/2. The sucrose ester can be dissolved in the cosmetic compositions, even when the sucrose ester is contained at higher levels in the compositions and/or even when the sucrose esters are contained in an aqueous phase of the cosmetic composition.

摘要： An embossed effect pigment includes a metallic substrate in platelet form with embossed structure having a periodic pattern with diffractive elements, said substrate having been produced by PVD methods, wherein the substrate has an elemental metal content of 80% to 100% by weight, based on the substrate, and wherein the effect pigment has been treated with a leafing additive for surface modification. A method of manufacture of an embossed effect pigment includes suspending a metallic substrate in in at least one solvent, adding a leafing additive to the suspension including the metallic substrate in the at least one solvent and stirring the suspension including the leafing additive, and separating the embossed effect pigment from the at least one solvent.

摘要： The Dissolvable Solid Structure as described herein can be in the form of a fibrous structure comprising: (a) a polymeric structurant; (b) a high melting point fatty compound such as a fatty amphiphile, and (c) a cationic surfactant. The polymeric structurant has a weight average molecular weight of from about 10,000 to about 6,000,000 g/mol, and the components of the fibrous material form a homogenous material when molten. When water is added to the dissolvable solid structure at a ratio of about 5:1 a lamellar structure is formed.

The hair care composition also includes a non-aqueous volatile solvent.
