摘要: There is disclosed a method and system to operate a software application entirely based on a unitary lexicon data structure (LDS) record comprising a plurality of data field definition blocks stored in memory, with one LDS record for each lexicon term. The LDS is used to develop computerized lexicons and deploy them for use to operate a lexical application with all data displayed for viewing and input by the user on a single screen to which all desired data items come, rather than the user navigating to fields statically located on a multitude of screens. Each LDS record contains a whole set of data in memory, with data duplicated across LDS records in order to bypass the need for the application to interoperate with a database to input and display related data. There is a graphical icon also of a unitary format into which all data is input and displayed. Input data items are related to one another in the icon, regardless of whether a relational database is configured to interoperate with the system.

摘要: A system and method are provided for storing and using recovery state information during a data stream transfer, such as a download. During the download of compressed, archived data, the system tracks the position of the last file boundary and the position of the last compression block boundary before the last file boundary, and the system stores this information as a recovery state. If the download is interrupted, the system uses the recovery state information to resume the download at an efficient location in the data stream.

摘要: An air evacuation system is used for lining a container with a flexible liner. The container has a plurality of walls defining a cavity with an open top, and each wall has an interior surface and an exterior surface. The air evacuation system includes a platform for supporting the container in a formed state, wherein the container has the liner in an unseated position within the cavity. A vacuum assembly is coupled to the platform. The vacuum assembly includes a pump in airflow communication with at least one inlet positioned adjacent to the exterior surface of a first container wall. The vacuum assembly is configured to draw air using the at least one inlet from the cavity through the first container wall such that the liner is positioned substantially adjacent to the interior surface of the container in a seated position.

摘要: A material separator for separating at least two different materials of differing densities and/or sizes of particles. The material separator generally includes a tank containing a flocculent, a circulation system for circulating flocculent within the tank and a pair of conveyors for moving two different materials out of the tank. The tank may include an upper chamber and a lower chamber. At least a portion of each of the conveyors is located in the upper chamber to catch materials fed into the flocculent. Each of the conveyors may include a mesh belt that permits the flocculent to flow through the conveyor. The tank may include a clean out valve that permits fines and other debris accumulated within the upper chamber to pass into the lower chamber. The flocculent circulation assembly may include a nozzle that can be constructed in various configurations to create flows of flocculent of various velocities and trajectories. In one embodiment, the lower chamber includes a drag line assembly that removes fines and other accumulated debris from the lower chamber.
