    摘要: In a switch provided in a driver device and connected to a driver, a terminal and a lever is separated from each other (in the separated state) when a predetermined electric potential is not applied to a gate electrode. When a predetermined electric potential is applied to the gate electrode, the lever of the corresponding switch is deformed by electrostatic force between the gate electrode and the lever and comes into contact with the terminal, and thus the terminals are connected with the lever (in the contact state). A plurality of drivers are connected to the terminals of two or more of switches, respectively, and, when a driving potential is outputted from a driver, the driving potential is applied to a surface individual electrode connected to the switch in the contact state.

The wiring connection structure includes: a driver IC installed on a wiring substrate; output wires connected to output terminals of the driver IC; input wires including multiple kinds of signal input wires for transmitting multiple kinds of signals different from each other in susceptibility to an influence of noise; and bonding wires which connect input terminals of the driver IC to connection terminals of the input wires, and have an identical length to each other and a different loop height from the wiring substrate. The intervals between the input terminals are narrower than those between the connection terminals, and the loop height is higher with respect to the bonding wire connected to the connection terminal of the signal input wire for transmitting a signal more susceptible to the influence of noise.

    摘要: In a switch (mechanical switch) in a drive circuit, an electric potential according to the temperature of a driver IC is given to a gate electrode from a switch control circuit. During normal operation, a lever is in contact with terminals, and thus a terminal connected to an input terminal to which power is supplied from outside and a terminal connected to the drive circuit are connected to each other. On the other hand, when the electric potential given to the gate electrode is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, the lever is deformed due to electrostatic forces between the lever and the gate electrode and separates from the terminal, and thus the connection between the terminals is disconnected. The driver IC including the switch and the above-mentioned circuit is constructed as MEMS.
