摘要： A card edge connector includes an elongated housing extending along a lengthwise direction thereof and having a pair of opposed side walls, and a central slot between the side walls. A plurality of contacts are retained in the housing and exposed to the central slot. A pair of ejector mechanisms are rotatable retained on two opposite ends of the housing. A pair of auxiliary insulators are attached to the ejector mechanisms, respectively. A tie wrap is located on the auxiliary insulators to urge the auxiliary insulators to prevent the ejector mechanisms from rotating.

摘要： A card edge connector comprises an insulative housing defining a front mating face and a central slot recessed rearwardly from the mating face. A plurality of contacts each has a contact portion exposed into the central for mating with a complementary connector and a solder tail exposed to outside of the housing. A cover is assembled to a rear side of the housing. A spacer sandwiched between the housing and the cover along a front-to-rear direction. The spacer defines a plurality of through holes through which the solder tails of the contacts passing.

摘要： A card edge connector (100) for receiving a module (200) includes an elongated insulative housing (1) having a pair of elongated side walls, a central slot (11) extending therebetween for insertion of the module, and a receiving slot (14) formed on one of the side walls and communicating with the central slot. A group of terminals (2) are positioned in the side walls and extend into the central slot thereof. A latch (3) is rotatably received in the receiving slot for locking the module in the insulative housing at a first position and for ejecting the module out of the insulative housing at a second position. The latch has a main body (30) and a stopping device (31) projecting from the main body to engage with an upper surface (17) of the insulative housing when the latch is at the first and second position, thereby preventing the latch from over-rotating beyond the first and second positions.

摘要： A card edge connector for mating with an electronic card includes an elongated housing, a number of contacts and a retainer retained to the housing. The housing has a pair of side walls, a central slot between the side walls and a fitting section upwardly extending at one end thereof. The fitting section defines a first U-shaped cavity downwardly extending from a top end thereof and a mounting slot upwardly extending from a lower end thereof and located at outside of the first cavity. The first cavity communicates with the central slot along a length direction of the housing to receive the electronic card. The retainer is retained in the mounting slot and has a locking projection protruding into the first cavity to lock with the electronic card. The mounting slot does not extend through the fitting section to make the retainer hidden in the fitting section.
