    Abstract: The present invention provides a foldable and framed wall assembly comprising: a wall frame and at least one wall skin, the wall frame including an upper beam, a lower beam, at least one middle beam, and multiple short rods to connect the upper beam, the lower beam, and the middle beam together.     Abstract: A sealing arrangement can be used to provide a seal between two adjacent structural elements, such as between two walls. The sealing arrangement may be particularly useful for expandable structures, such as expandable mobile homes, recreational vehicles, or the like. The sealing arrangement can include a first wall member that can provide a retractable seal that may extend outward from a face of the wall, toward a second wall member. The second wall member can include a door-covered opening along its end face that can receive the retractable seal from the first wall member. The second wall member may include upper and lower lids that automatically extend outward when the retractable seal is inserted into the opening. Air vents may be provided in the walls to provide air exchange.

    Abstract: A mobile expandable structure can expand both outward, from at least one side thereof, and rearward, from a back side thereof. When expanded, the mobile expandable structure can provide an expansion of about 2.5 to about 3 times the original living space provided by the main structure. The structure may be on an electric chassis and the structure can include a solar array that is disposed, in the stowed configuration, over the main structure. The solar array is expandable to cover some or all of the expansion sections when in the expanded configuration.     Abstract: A table with four chairs can be stored together into a secure, flattened assembly.
