Abstract: The concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to secure user-controlled personal health records (“PHRs”). According to one aspect disclosed herein, a patient device can launch a PHR wallet device application. The patient device can connect, via the PHR wallet device application, to a PHR server that stores PHR associated with a user. The patient device can define, via the PHR wallet device application, an access level to be applied to the PHR. The patient device can initiate, via the PHR wallet device application, a transfer of the PHR from the PHR server to a health care provider. The health care provider can be permitted to access the portion of the PHR in accordance with the access level.

Abstract: This disclosure describes a solution to enable a real estate property to act as an independent entity. As such, it can detect needs for repairs and improvements, market itself, and earn revenue. The property can work independently or in concert with the owner and other parties in achieving these tasks. A real estate property can benefit from the use of a property management server that can be delegated by the owner of the property to manage the property either independently or in concert with the owner. This server can access and maintain data associated with assets of the property.

Abstract: This disclosure describes a solution to enable more useful and responsive methods for a person's wishes for resuscitation actions to be canceled or discontinued in the event of a medical event. In this solution, a person can record their do not resuscitate (DNR) wishes with more specificity. For instance, they can specify conditions for treatment or non-treatment in the event of a medical emergency that would otherwise call for live-saving procedures or the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) device. Conditional DNR data can be recorded in an electronic device (e.g., emergency pendant or smart watch, or in an electronic device) implanted within or on the person's body. This data can also be stored in a database accessible via a network.

Abstract: A processing system including at least one processor may capture at least one image via at least one imaging sensor of an uncrewed aerial vehicle in a shared environment, detect a window within the at least one image, determine a location of the window in the shared environment, based upon a position of the uncrewed aerial vehicle and a distance between the uncrewed aerial vehicle and at least a portion of the window that is calculated from the at least one image, and record the location of the window in a map of the shared environment as a prohibited imaging zone.

Abstract: A processing system of a first autonomous vehicle including at least one processor may obtain an assignment to perform a task having a plurality of task requirements, calculate a probability that the first autonomous vehicle will not be able to achieve a task requirement, and transmit an offer including at least one value element to at least one additional autonomous vehicle to perform at least a portion of the task. The processing system may instruct a second autonomous vehicle from among the at least one additional autonomous vehicle to perform at least a part of the portion of the task, in response to a bid from the second autonomous vehicle. The processing system may further determine that the second autonomous vehicle has completed the at least the part of the at least the portion of the task and exchange the at least one value element with the second autonomous vehicle.

Abstract: A view can be presented with an augmented reality (AR) view of the space. The viewer can also initiate alterations to the environment based on the information and recommendations presented in the AR view. Current conditions, past trends, and forecasted future trends can be included in the creation of the AR displays. For example, the AR system can capture, archive, and predict audio to accompany an augmented reality or virtual reality experience. The audio presented with the experience can be from a real-time capture, an audio file captured in the past, and/or a simulated audio file representing an estimated past or future environment.

Abstract: This disclosure describes a solution to identify that a meaningful event has occurred in a person's life. Once identified, data and content related to the event can be collected and stored in a database. This data and content can be used to offer future virtual reality (VR) experiences and content. A person can be equipped with a smart device such as a smartphone, smart watch, or other wearable that can further be equipped with a tracking app that collects data from these devices and from other sources, for instance, over the internet. The tracking app can continuously collect such data and use various algorithms to make a determination as to whether the person is experiencing a meaningful life event.
