    Abstract: The embodiment of the present disclosure discloses an array substrate, a fabrication method thereof, and a display device. The array substrate includes: a base substrate and a plurality of pixel units on the base substrate, wherein the pixel unit includes a plurality of sub-pixels; and the sub-pixel includes an electroluminescent component, a pixel circuit and a photo detection circuit; the pixel circuit includes a drive transistor for driving the electroluminescent component to emit light, and the drive transistor is a low temperature poly-si thin film transistor; and the photo detection circuit includes a detection switch transistor and a PIN-type photodiode, and the detection switch transistor is a metal oxide transistor.

    Abstract: A pixel unit, a display panel, a display device and a method of manufacturing a pixel unit. The pixel unit includes a first sub-pixel unit and a second sub-pixel unit, each sub-pixel unit includes a first electrode, an emission layer, and a second electrode stacked on a substrate. An emission lifespan of the emission layer of the first sub-pixel unit is smaller than that of the emission layer of the second sub-pixel unit. An area of an orthographic projection of the emission layer of the first sub-pixel unit on the substrate is equal to that of the emission layer of the second sub-pixel unit on the substrate. An area of an orthographic projection of the first electrode of the first sub-pixel unit on the substrate is greater than an area of an orthographic projection of the first electrode of the second sub-pixel unit on the substrate.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit comprising an organic light emitting diode; a driving transistor including a gate, a source connected to a first node, a drain connected to a second power supply terminal; and a photosensitive circuit connected between a second node and a third node, the second node configured to receive a reference voltage. The driving transistor is configured to, responsive to a gate voltage and a source voltage, control a magnitude of a driving current flowing through the organic light emitting diode. The photosensitive circuit is configured to sense an intensity of light emission of the organic light emitting diode and to set a potential at the third node according to the reference voltage and the intensity that was sensed, the potential that was set being detectable by an external circuit via a sense line.

    Abstract: The present invention provide a display substrate, a fabricating method thereof, and a display apparatus, and belongs to the filed of display technology. The display substrate comprises a plurality of pixels, each of the pixels is divided into a plurality of light emitting units, each of the light emitting units comprises an anode, a cathode, a carrier transport layer, and a light emitting layer, wherein at least one of the plurality of light emitting units comprises a light emitting layer and at least one process auxiliary layer; the process auxiliary layer and the light emitting layer in other light emitting units are formed into an integral portion from a same material in a film forming process. Display resolution can be improved in the present invention.
