Abstract: The present disclosure provides an organic light-emitting diode display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method includes: sequentially forming a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode on a base substrate; forming a protection layer having a first opening on a side of the second electrode distal to the base substrate; and forming a second opening in the second electrode, the second opening being located below the first opening. In the present disclosure, with the protection layer, only a portion of the second electrode below the first opening is removed, so that other portions of the second electrode are prevented from being damaged, thereby eliminating a poor display of the display device.

Abstract: A pixel structure includes a base substrate and a light emitting element on the base substrate. The light emitting element includes a reflective electrode, a light emitting layer on the reflective electrode, and a substantially transparent electrode on a side of the light emitting layer away from the reflective electrode. The reflective electrode has a reflective ridge configured to reflect light laterally transmitted through the light emitting layer to exit from a light emitting surface of the pixel structure. The reflective ridge has a first concave reflective sidewall extending from a peak of the reflective ridge to a base of the reflective ridge, and a second concave reflective sidewall extending from the peak of the reflective ridge to the base of the reflective ridge. Abstract: A wiring structure, a display substrate and a display device are provided, which belongs to the field of display technology. The wiring structure includes a plurality of hollow patterns connected successively. Each of the hollow patterns includes a first conductive part having a first pattern and a second conductive part having a second pattern. The first conductive part and the second conductive part are connected with each other, and the first pattern and the second pattern have different shapes. Because the wiring structure includes a plurality of hollow patterns connected successively, and the first conductive part and the second conductive part in each hollow pattern have different shapes, even if the conductive part of one shape in the wiring structure is broken in the process of bending, stretching and twisting, the conductive part of the other shape can also ensure good conductivity for the wiring structure.

Abstract: A flexible display panel, a display device and a manufacturing thereof are disclosed. Hollow patterns are arranged in the lead wires in the bent region of the flexible display panel between the display region and the binding region. The hollow patterns can dissipate the stress accumulated on the lead wires during the bending and help the lead wires to release the stress when they are bent, thereby preventing breakage of the lead wires and improving the quality and reliability of the flexible display panel.

The display panel further includes an auxiliary electrode and a lead wire of the top electrode of the electroluminescent diode. The auxiliary electrode is electrically connected to the lead wire of the top electrode of the electroluminescent diode by penetrating through a via hole of the thin-film encapsulation layer. Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, a display substrate, and a display device, belonging to the technical field of display. The array substrate includes: a flexible base, and, a TFT and a connecting line which are on a side of the flexible base. The array substrate has a display area and a lead area. The TFT is in the display area. The connecting line is in the lead area. The connecting line is used to electrically connect the TFT to a drive circuit. A manufacturing material of the connecting line includes a flexible conductive material. Since the material forming the connecting line includes a flexible conductive material, and the flexible conductive material has electrical conductivity and is not easily broken, the breaking probability of the connecting line is reduced, and the yield of the display device is effectively improved.
