Abstract: A stent delivery device for deploying a low column strength stent may include an inner member having a distal region and a stent receiving area disposed therein. A low column strength stent convertible between a compressed configuration and an expanded configuration may be disposed on the stent receiving area. The stent receiving area may include a soft durometer polymer configured to permit the low column strength stent to sink into the soft durometer polymer when the low column strength stent is in the compressed configuration. An outer member may be moveable between an extended position in which the outer member extends over the stent and a retracted position in which the outer member is proximal of the stent.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to the field of medical devices. In particular, the present disclosure relates to devices, systems and methods for air/water and flushing valves. For example, an endoscopic valve of the present disclosure may include a valve stem with contiguous first and second channels and with first and second ports formed within a sidewall of the valve stem. A series of seals may be disposed around an outer surface of the valve stem proximal and distal to the first and second ports. A gating member may be slidably disposed within the proximal channel and a valve insert may be disposed between the proximal and distal channels.

Abstract: A medical device may comprise a handle portion; an insertion portion having a proximal end portion at the handle portion, wherein the insertion portion includes a lumen therein and a distal end having a distal opening in communication with the lumen; and a member disposed within the lumen, the member having a distal end portion with an imaging device. The member may be configured to transition between a first configuration and a second configuration. In the first configuration, the imaging device may face distally, and, in the second configuration, the imaging device may face proximally. Extending the distal end portion of the member distally past the distal opening may cause the member to transition from the first configuration to the second configuration.
