摘要: Disclosed are systems, methods, and devices for percutaneous retrieval of objects, such as endovascular devices, from an internal body space. The present inventions have vascular, non-vascular (gastrointestinal), and surgical (laproscopic) applications. The inventions include a a wire woven distal end that is formed from wires and includes a substantially cylindrical main body section comprising a leading end, a trailing end, and a middle portion extending between the leading end and the trailing end and defining a longitudinal axis of the main body section, and a flare defining a mouth of the wire woven distal end that projects circumferentially from the leading end of the main body section, wherein when at least a portion of the retrieval end is transitioned to a compressed state following capture of an object, the retrieval end exerts an inward force that at least partially collapses or compresses the object.

摘要: Endovascular prostheses used to treat diseased blood vessels, such as arteries, are disclosed. In some embodiments, an endovascular prosthesis is configured to be implanted within a diseased blood vessel adjacent a diseased section. The endovascular prosthesis may include a fenestration tube through which a guidewire extends in a sealed configuration. The fenestration tube can be selectively openable and configured to sealingly receive an expandable endovascular prosthesis that extends into a side branch vessel of the diseased blood vessel.

摘要: A system for maintaining patency of a body lumen may include a first endoprosthesis configured to shift from a straightened configuration to a helical configuration defining a plurality of loops, and a second endoprosthesis configured to shift from a radially collapsed configuration toward a radially expanded configuration. The plurality of loops defines a passage having an inner diameter. At least a portion of the second endoprosthesis is disposed within the passage in the radially expanded configuration. A method of maintaining patency of a body lumen may include advancing a first endoprosthesis into a first body lumen in a straightened configuration, deploying the first endoprosthesis within the first body lumen in a helical configuration defining a plurality of loops, advancing a second endoprosthesis into the first body lumen in a radially collapsed configuration, and shifting the second endoprosthesis to a radially expanded configuration within the plurality of loops.

摘要: Vascular expandable devices and associated methods are disclosed herein. An expandable vascular device can include a generally tubular sidewall formed of a plurality of braided strands. The device can have a compressed state for delivery in which the device has a compressed state diameter of 0.027 inches or less. The device can have an expanded state in which the device has an expanded state diameter. A full expansion distance of the device corresponds to a longitudinal unconstrained distance at which the distal end of the expandable device attains the expanded state diameter. The full expansion distance can be 20 mm or less.

摘要: A catheter delivery device for a self-expanding stent is described. The delivery device includes a distal catheter component and a distal sheath that releases the stent by moving proximally relative to the distal catheter component and the stent. A proximal catheter shaft including a tube and a pull wire within a lumen of the tube may be provided, the pull wire being attached to the distal sheath such that pulling the pull wire proximally relative to the tube pulls the distal sheath proximally to release the stent progressively. A casing tube may be provided to surround the catheter shaft, the casing tube having a distal end that receives telescopically a proximal end of the distal sheath. A method of making a delivery device for implantation of a self-expanding stent is also described.

摘要: A delivery device (100) is provided, including: a sheath core (20); a TIP head (40), the TIP head (40) being arranged at a distal end of the sheath core (20); and a fixing anchor (30), the fixing anchor (30) is arranged on an outer wall of the sheath core (20) and close to a proximal end of the TIP head (40); the sheath core (20) is fixed relative to the TIP head (40); the fixing anchor (30) is provided with a mounting portion (34), and a pull wire (60) can be accommodated in the mounting portion (34). In a process of loading a stent, the pull wire (60) applies an acting force on the fixing anchor (30), and the fixing anchor (30) is fixedly connected to the sheath core (20) and thus drives the sheath core (20), the TIP head (40) and the stent to move synchronously. Since the pull wire (60) does not directly come into contact with the stent, the stent can be prevented from being deformed due to the pressing of the pull wire (60) on the stent. In addition, the stent is loaded by means of the pull wire (60), which prevents damage to a stent caused by pushing a sheath tube (10) of the prior art. Moreover, the stent will not move in the loading process, which prevents the stent from being separated from the fixing anchor (30).
