Abstract: The present application provides a temperature control assembly and a battery pack. The temperature control assembly includes a first side plate, a second side plate, and an elastic thermal pad. The elastic thermal pad has a main body that includes: a first plate section close to the first side plate in a longitudinal direction and extending in a vertical direction; a second plate section close to the second side plate in the longitudinal direction and extending in the vertical direction; and a connection section extending obliquely from the first side plate toward the second side plate and connected to the first and second plate sections. Due to elastic and structural characteristics of the elastic thermal pad, the main body of the elastic thermal pad is deformed under the action of extrusion to absorb the expansion forces of the batteries in time, thus greatly improving the service life of the batteries.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cap assembly and a secondary battery. The cap assembly includes a cap plate provided with an electrode lead-out hole; an electrode terminal, covering the electrode lead-out hole and including a main body, wherein the main body is provided with a recess on a side wall; an isolating member including a receiving portion, wherein the main body is received in the receiving portion; and a protrusion, connected to an inner wall of the isolating member and extending towards an axis of the electrode lead-out hole, wherein the protrusion is received in the recess so as to prevent the main body from rotating relative to the isolating member. The cap assembly according to the embodiments of the present application can improve an overcurrent capacity and stability of the electrode terminal.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module and a busbar assembly thereof. The busbar assembly comprises a first busbar, a second busbar and a first insulator. The second busbar comprises a third connecting portion connected to a third battery unit, a fourth connecting portion connected to a fourth battery unit and a second main portion connecting the third connecting portion and the fourth connecting portion. The first main portion partially overlaps the second main portion, and the first insulator insulates the second main portion and the first main portion. The first battery unit, the third battery unit, the second battery unit and the fourth battery unit are arranged sequentially.
