Abstract: The present application provides a temperature control component, which includes a first side plate, a second side plate and a first buffer plate. Abstract: The present application provides a temperature control assembly and a battery pack. The temperature control assembly includes a first side plate, a second side plate, and an elastic thermal pad. The elastic thermal pad has a main body that includes: a first plate section close to the first side plate in a longitudinal direction and extending in a vertical direction; a second plate section close to the second side plate in the longitudinal direction and extending in the vertical direction; and a connection section extending obliquely from the first side plate toward the second side plate and connected to the first and second plate sections. Due to elastic and structural characteristics of the elastic thermal pad, the main body of the elastic thermal pad is deformed under the action of extrusion to absorb the expansion forces of the batteries in time, thus greatly improving the service life of the batteries.
