Disclosed are compositions including up to 20 wt % of a paraffin inhibiting polymer and a non-polymeric ester compound, wherein the compositions flow at a temperature between about 0° C. and −40° C., or between about −20° C. and −40° C. The non-polymeric ester compounds are liquids at 20° C. and atmospheric pressure, and have boiling points over 100° C., in many cases over 200° C. The compositions are useful to inhibit paraffin deposition during petroleum recovery, refining, storing, and transporting under field conditions, wherein the concentrates are pumpable and pourable, do not precipitate, and do not exhibit high pressure buildup inside enclosed containers at temperatures as low as −40° C. and as high as 60° C.

Methods employing detergent compositions comprising phosphinosuccinic acid oligomers (PSO) in combination with a sanitizing rinse aid are disclosed. The methods beneficially clean, sanitize and rinse a surface in an efficient two-step process. The detergent compositions employ phosphinosuccinic acid adducts, namely mono-, bis- and oligomeric phosphinosuccinic acid (PSO) derivatives, in combination with an alkalinity source and optionally polymers and/or surfactants. The sanitizing and rinsing compositions employ peroxycarboxylic acid compositions in combination with a nonionic defoaming and wetting surfactant.

Methods of cleaning waxy, oily and/or greasy soils, including lipsticks and lip gloss, are disclosed. Methods of removing lipstick and lip gloss stains in warewash and laundry applications are disclosed through application of cleaning compositions comprising long chain polyamines, namely C6-C20 polyamines having between 1 and 5 nitrogens. In some aspects alkaline cleaning compositions comprise sodium hydroxide detergents and a C6-C20 polyamines such as N1-(3-aminopropyl)-N3-dodecylpropane-1,3,diamine) and/or N1,N1,N3-tris(3-aminopropyl)-N3-dodecylpropane-1,3-diamine.
