The decomposing/cleaning composition of one embodiment is a decomposing/cleaning composition for an adhesive polymer containing a quaternary alkylammonium fluoride or a quaternary alkylammonium fluoride hydrate and an aprotic solvent, wherein the aprotic solvent contains (A) an N-substituted amide compound having no active hydrogens on the nitrogen atoms and (B) at least one organic sulfur oxide selected from the group consisting of sulfoxide compounds and sulfone compounds.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition comprising an improved combination of protease and protease inhibitor. It was revealed that the combination of a protease with introduced negative charges in the active site loop and a peptide aldehyde-based protease inhibitor results in an increased stability of additional enzymes being also present in a composition together with the protease and the peptide aldehyde-based protease inhibitor.
