    Abstract: A range of motion limiting device, in one example comprising a first armature configured to engage a carriage moving on at least one rail having a first surface and a second surface transversely offset from the first surface of the rail. Also disclosed is an example utilizing a first bumper adjacent the first longitudinal end of the first armature. The first bumper extending transversely from the first transverse side of the first armature, optionally having a distal end with a non-slip surface engaging the first surface of a rail. Also disclosed is a second bumper longitudinally offset from the first bumper on the first armature, the second bumper extending transversely from the second transverse side of the first armature, also optionally having a distal end with a non-slip surface engaging the second surface of the rail.

    Abstract: A safety monitoring system for a catenary system that includes an overhead wire, a support pole and a counterweight attached to the end of the overhead wire and suspended by the support pole. The catenary safety monitoring system includes a temperature sensor for detecting an ambient temperature, a position sensor for detecting a position of the counterweight and an electronic controller. The electronic controller compares a detected position of the counterweight with a predicted position determined by the electronic controller using an ambient temperature from the temperature sensor. A message transmitter provides a warning to a user if the detected position of the counterweight is not within a predetermined percentage of the predicted position.

    Abstract: An ink container for an ink delivery system in an inkjet printer, the ink container including a bottle for holding a supply of ink, a cap attached to the bottle to form a hermetic seal therebetween, the cap including an air inlet channel and an ink exit channel, and a color indicator ring having a key projecting therefrom. The color indicator ring resides between the ink bottle and the cap and is capable of being fixed in a plurality of predetermined orientations, with each orientation corresponding to a predetermined angle between the key and a line defined by the air inlet channel and the ink exit channel. The inkjet printer includes a plurality of receptacles, each adapted to receive a corresponding ink container containing an ink of a different or predetermined color. Each receptacle has an ink reservoir attached at the base thereof and includes a vertically oriented groove located at a predetermined position on the sidewall of the base. Installation of the correct ink container into the correct receptacle is ensured by matching the key to the groove, and by mating the air inlet channel and the ink exit channels to the corresponding fluid connection features on the ink reservoir.

    Abstract: An article carrying device comprising a hand cart and a beach chair. The article carrying device or beach caddy is comprised of a hand cart having a substantially triangular body wherein the point of the triangle has a handle and is the upper portion and the horizontal portion of the triangle is a base plate and forms the lower portion of the cart. A cylindrical rod is integrally attached to the base plate and passes through the hollow center of the same. The cylindrically shaped rod acts as an axle whereupon wide based wheels are attached to each end. The base plate has an L-shaped seat extending from its lowest edge which is adapted to engage a leg of a beach chair. Any beach chair having a substantially closed headrest support and legs can be used wherein the support is placed over the upper portion of the triangular body member and a leg is placed into the seat. Accordingly, the beach chair is securely attached to the triangularly shaped member. With the beach chair attached, articles to be carried to and from the beach can be placed upon the chair. When the beach chair is sufficiently full, bungee cords or the like can be used to secure the articles to the chair and the beach caddy can be pushed or pulled to its destination.
