摘要: A process for the preparation of bitumen-polymer compositions, characterized by the fact that the bitumens are modified by grafting of a dihalopolybutadiene polymer that serves as a receptive structure to block polymers and to elastomers co-vulcanizable with the grafted bitumen.The elastomers are selected from the group that includes linear polybutadiene-polystyrene block copolymers, a polystyrene-polybutadiene block copolymer, and a vulcanizable polynorbornene rubber. They are used as road and industrial bitumens.

摘要: This invention relates to the production of citric and/or isocitric acids. The production of citric and/or isocitric acids is effected by cultivating a citric and/or isocitric acid-producing yeast in a culture medium containing a compound selected from cyanoacetic acid, and organic and inorganic derivatives thereof. Increased yields of citric and isocitric acids are obtained using a process in accordance with the invention, preferably using a yeast of the genus Candida.

摘要: A process for the preparation of a stable diploid of Candida lipolytica which comprises (a) in a first stage, separately cultivating two haploid strains of Candida lipolytica of opposed sign in a medium rich in assimilable carbon nutrient; (b) in a second stage, cultivating the two resultant strains together in a medium poor in assimilable carbon nutrient; and (c) in a third stage, after the appearance of diploid colonies, treating them with a mutagenic agent to stabilize them. The invention also comprises a process for the preparation of .alpha.-ketoglutaric acid which comprises cultivating a diploid strain obtained by crossing two Candida lipolytica haploid strains of opposite sign in a medium containing, as source of assimilable carbon, at least one hydrocarbon.
