Abstract: Systems and methods are provided that facilitate multiple switching points within a slot. A slot format indication is conveyed to a user equipment which indicates which symbols within a slot are uplink, downlink or unknown. Some formats feature half-slot switching meaning that a switch from uplink to downlink transmission takes place twice within a slot. Switching on a more frequent basis can deliver improved latency.

The first device obtains a first CSI report of a target transmission path. The first CSI report indicates the target transmission path. According to embodiments of this application, so that a comprehensive channel state of the multi-hop path can be obtained from a data sending device, namely, the source device, by reporting first CSI.

Abstract: In a user equipment (UE) cooperation group in wireless communications, a radio access network (RAN) may schedule data transmission between the RAN and a primary UE (PUE) at least partially via at least one cooperative UE (CUE). The PUE and CUE may communicate with the RAN via Uu links and with each other via sidelinks therebetween based on schedule information generated during the scheduling. The RAN transmits a control signal for the PUE and the CUE. The control signal carries the scheduling information for scheduling the data transmission between the RAN, the CUE, and the PUE. The control signal may be carried by a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) signal scrambled by at least a group-ID assigned to the PUE and the CUE.
