A method, an apparatus, and a system for implementing virtualized network management are provided, where the method includes: setting, by a network function virtualization orchestrator or an operation support system, configuration information of virtualized network management, where the configuration information includes at least one or a combination of the following configuration information: configuration information of a network management function, configuration information of a topology relationship between a network management function and another virtualized network entity, configuration information of a network management related interface, configuration information of a life cycle, configuration information of a network management performance requirement, or configuration information of a deployment policy; and instructing, by the network function virtualization orchestrator or the operation support system, a network management virtualization manager to complete, according to the configuration information, network management function virtualization. According to this technical solution, low-cost and fast network management deployment can be implemented.

The present application discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system for minimization of drive tests (MDT), and relates to the field of communications technologies. In a technical solution, by obtaining a mapping relationship between a trace control entity (TCE) address and a TCE identifier, and according to the TCE identifier included in the MDT report reported by the UE, a corresponding TCE address is obtained and the MDT report is sent to a TCE corresponding to the TCE address. Therefore, it is unnecessary to send an actual TCE network address to the user equipment. The technical solution improves security and solves the insecurity problem of the MDT measurement. The technical solution is simple, convenient and easy to implement, and reduces the complexity of network signaling interaction and network processing.

The method includes: in a process of activating a minimization of drive tests MDT task, checking, by a network element, a consent type of a user corresponding to a selected terminal; sending an MDT task activation command to the selected terminal according to a check result of the consent type; after receiving measured data reported by the selected terminal, performing an operation according to a check result of the consent type. In embodiments of the present invention, check on user consent is implemented in a network detection process, thereby avoiding a case that a user equipment is forced to report personal information without permission of the user and improving the user experience.

The present invention provides a SON coordination method, device, and system, and the method includes: obtaining a coordination parameter of a self organizing network function; and coordinating running of the self organizing network function according to the coordination parameter. The coordination parameter of the SON function is obtained before running of a current SON function, so as to use the obtained coordination parameter to coordinate the running of the SON function. In this way, the running of the current SON function may cooperate and coordinate with another SON, thereby avoiding a conflict, more efficiently, more smoothly, and lower repeatedly solving a network problem, improving network application efficiency, or reducing wrong adjustment of a network parameter caused by wrong judgment, which affects user service experience, so as to achieve an object of reducing an operating cost, and improving an utilization rate of an equipment and funds.

A method, an apparatus, and a system for energy saving management in a network management system are disclosed. The method for energy saving management includes: configuring, by an integrated reference point manager IRPManager, an energy saving policy, where the energy saving policy includes an identifier of a coverage backup entity for energy saving and further includes policy information of energy saving activation and/or policy information of energy saving deactivation; and sending, by the IRPManager, the energy saving policy to an integrated reference point agent IRPAgent, where the energy saving policy is used to perform energy saving management on a base station.
