Abstract: Various embodiments provide a relay transmission method, where a first node is a parent node of a second node. In those embodiments, a request message from the first node can be received by the second node, where the request message is configured to request the second node to become a parent node of the first node. Still in those embodiments, indication information can be sent, by the second node, to the first node, where the indication information is used to indicate that a downlink beam sent from the second node to the first node after the second node becomes the parent node is the same as or similar to an uplink beam sent from the second node to the first node when the first node is the parent node. The indication information may be carried in a response message for the request message.

Abstract: This application provides a resource processing method and apparatus. The method includes: determining, by a network device, at least two beams that need to be transmitted; determining, by the network device, a time-frequency resource corresponding to each of the at least two beams; and determining, by the network device, a part of the time-frequency resource corresponding to each beam to serve as a common search space, where the part that corresponds to the common search space and that is of the time-frequency resource is used to carry control information transmitted to a terminal device. The resource processing method and apparatus provided in the embodiments of this application can ensure that all terminal devices detect a complete common search space when the terminal devices are distributed in different directions.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems, methods and apparatus for reference signal configuration. The method includes: mapping a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) to one or more OFDM symbols based on information about a correspondence between the PTRS and one or more of a modulation and coding scheme (MCS), a subcarrier spacing, and a bandwidth (BW); and sending the one or more OFDM symbols to which the PTRS is mapped to a receive device. In the embodiments of the present invention, a correspondence between the PTRS and the subcarrier spacing or the modulation and coding scheme or the bandwidth is used to implicitly indicate a time-frequency location of the PTRS. In comparison with the prior art, no explicit indication is required, and signaling overheads are reduced.
