Abstract: A fault localization method and device are provided. The method includes: obtaining user experience data, network topology data, and resource management data that are of a video service; where the network topology data is used to represent a connection relationship between network devices, and the resource management data is used to represent a connection relationship between user equipment and the network devices; determining a quality of experience (QoE) experience indicator of a network device based on the user experience data, the network topology data, and the resource management data; and when quality of experience represented by the QoE experience indicator of the network device is lower than quality of experience represented by a device screening threshold, determining the network device as a possible questionable device. According to the embodiments of the present invention, accuracy of fault localization is high.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide an antenna system, including a barrel directional antenna array, a radio frequency transceiver, and a baseband signal processing and control unit. Based on the barrel directional antenna array, the antenna system can adjust the quantity of sectors in a 360-degree range based on a change in a service volume in the 360-degree sector, so that an adjusted sector service capacity threshold can accommodate the service volume in the 360-degree sector. In this way, resource scheduling flexibility is improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a dielectric resonator, a dielectric filter using the dielectric resonator, a transceiver, and a base station, and solve a problem that a loss indicator of an existing dielectric filter cannot meet a filtering requirement of a base station. The dielectric resonator includes a body made of a solid-state dielectric material, where an indentation is disposed on a surface of the body, and the surface of the body and a surface of the indentation are covered with a conducting layer; the dielectric filter includes at least two of the foregoing dielectric resonators. Another type of dielectric filter includes a body made of a solid-state dielectric material, where at least two indentations are disposed on a surface of the body, a hole and/or a groove is disposed between adjacent indentations on the body, and the surface of the body is covered with a conducting layer.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for non-access stratum (NAS) message processing during handover in an evolved network are provided. The method includes the following steps. An evolved packet core (EPC) receives a message which indicates that a UE is being handed over sent by a source evolved NodeB (S-eNB), and stops sending an NAS message to the UE temporarily. The EPC receives a message which indicates that the UE returns to an S-eNB service area sent by the S-eNB. The EPC sends the NAS message to the UE through the S-eNB, if needed. With the method and the apparatus, the EPC can acquire a location of the UE in time in the case of a handover failure of the UE, a time limit of a retransmission timer is set precisely, and a specific implementation for forwarding an NAS message through an X2 interface is provided.

Abstract: This application relates to a cache management method and apparatus, so as to improve cache efficiency and reduce waste of cache resources. The cache management method provided in this application includes: after receiving a to-be-processed command, determining a quantity of cache units needed by the to-be-processed command; if the quantity of cache units needed by the to-be-processed command is one, searching for, based on a cache unit pair first state table, a pair of cache units in which only one cache unit is idle, and allocating the idle cache unit in the pair of cache units to the to-be-processed command; and if the quantity of cache units needed by the to-be-processed command is two, searching for and allocating, based on a cache unit pair second state table in a clock cycle, a pair of cache units in which two cache units are both idle to the to-be-processed command.
