Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a channel state information feedback method, device, and system. The method includes: generating an uplink signal, where the uplink signal carries information for identifying multiple codewords and weights of the codewords; and transmitting the uplink signal to a base station (BS), so that the base station estimates a downlink channel based on the multiple codewords and weight information of the codewords in the uplink signal. In the embodiments of the present application, a user equipment UE side reports multiple codewords and weight information of the multiple codewords. This can resolve a problem in the prior art that precision of downlink channel estimation performed by a BS side is relatively low because only a single codeword is reported, and can effectively enhance precision indicated by channel information, without increasing complexity of a codebook design and implementation.

Abstract: A transit device receives a target token request sent by a data transmit end, and sends the target token request to a data receive end. The data receive end may determine, based on the target token request, a target token packet corresponding to the target token request, and then send the target token packet to the transit device based on a priority identifier. The transit device determines a sending rate of the token packet based on a link bandwidth of the current device, a preset packet length of a token packet, and a preset packet length of the data packet, and sends the target token packet to the data transmit end based on the priority identifier and the sending rate of the token packet. Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a precoding vector indicating method, a precoding vector determining method, a receive end device, and a transmit end device. The precoding vector indicating method includes: determining a plurality of component vectors of an ideal precoding vector and a weight of each component vector based on at least one basic codebook, where each component vector is a column vector of one of the at least one basic codebook; and sending a precoding vector indicator, where the precoding vector indicator is used to indicate the plurality of component vectors and the weight of each component vector. The embodiments of the present invention further provide a precoding vector determining method, a receive end device, and a transmit end device. In the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a basic codebook is constructed based on a plurality of parameters, so that the basic codebook can be used to more accurately describe a channel environment. In this way, a precoding vector determined based on the basic codebook provided in the embodiments of the present invention can more accurately match a channel, thereby improving a precoding effect.

Abstract: This application provides a technical solution for rank indication, and especially when a CQI number is not configured or a CQI number is 1, a network device configures a rank indication restriction parameter as that at least one of ranks whose index numbers are 0, 1, 2, and 3 is allowed to be reported by the terminal device; or even if the network device does not perform the foregoing configuration, and none of the ranks whose index numbers are 0, 1, 2, and 3 is allowed to be reported, the terminal device may select at least one rank for RI reporting, so as to resolve a problem that a system cannot work. Abstract: Embodiments can provide a precoding matrix indicating method, a precoding matrix determining method, a receive end device, and a transmit end device. In the precoding matrix indicating method, component matrices of an ideal precoding matrix and a weight of each component matrix can be determined based on at least one basic codebook. A dimension of each component matrix is the same as a dimension of the ideal precoding matrix, and a column vector of each component matrix is selected from column vectors of one of the at least one basic codebook. A precoding matrix indicator can be sent. The precoding matrix indicator can indicate the component matrices and the weight of each component matrix. With this, an ideal precoding matrix is approximately represented in a form of a weighted sum of a plurality of component matrices so that feedback overheads caused by feeding back a precoding matrix can be reduced.
