摘要： A method to configure a service providing system having a service providing device and a service requesting device in a network is provided. The method includes steps of obtaining function parameters, which indicate specific values configurable in the service requesting device for receiving the data processing service, when the service requesting device becomes connected to communicate with the service providing device, determining service receiving parameters, which indicate parameters to configure the service requesting device to become receivable of the data processing service, configuring the service receiving device with the service receiving parameters determined in the service receiving parameter determining step, registering the service receiving parameters in association with the service requesting device, and implementing the data processing service for the service requesting device based on the service receiving parameters being associated with the service requesting device, when the service requesting device accesses the service providing device.

摘要： A see-through-type head mount display includes a display unit which is configured to project an image light corresponding to display information on an eye of a viewer thus allowing the viewer to visually recognize an image corresponding to the image light while allowing an external light to pass therethrough. The head mount display determines a distribution state of identifying objects within a detected imaging region, and decides a display mode of associated information which is associated with the respective identifying objects corresponding to a distribution state of the identifying objects. Further, the head mount display performs a control such that a display unit performs a display of the associated information which is associated with the identifying objects in the decided mode in association with the identifying objects viewable by a viewer in a see-through manner through the display unit.

摘要： A printing device with a data memory efficiently stores character code data and other attribute data in a limited memory region. If a character code of a print data input from the keyboard is a space code, the print data is nullified, and a pitch data corresponding to the space code is added to the pitch data corresponding to the character code previously stored in a correction memory. Namely, the data are compressed. Since only the print data excepting the space code data is stored in the memory, the limited memory region is efficiently used.

摘要： An electronic typewriter capable of being changed over in operating mode selectively between a non-print mode and a print mode, during text creating operation, for storing entered data in a text memory. An objective position, to which the print head is to be moved, is decided through calculation when operation mode is changed over again from non-print mode to print mode, after the operating mode has previously been changed from print mode to non-print mode. When the print head is moved toward the right margin on the basis of the calculated result, sheet feed operation is not executed, whereas, when the print head is moved toward the left margin on the basis of the calculated result, the sheet feed operation is executed prior to movement of the print head. Thus, duplicate printing on the recording paper is advantageously avoided.

摘要： An electronic typewriter including a memory storing therein text data which is printed as printing signals are produced. The electronic typewriter enables the operator to pass judgment as to whether printing can be performed on a portion of a sheet of paper between the last printed line and the trailing end of the sheet when the sheet of paper has been set in the typewriter in a usual manner, so that printing can be continued when it is possible to do so. When it is judged that it is impossible to continue printing due to a lack of space, printing is stopped and the existence of the condition of "paper empty" is indicated, prompting the operator to insert a new sheet of paper.
