    摘要: An ink supplying mechanism includes a circulating system that connects an ink jet head having a nozzle, a pressure chamber opposed to the nozzle, and an upstream port and a downstream port that communicate with the pressure chamber, an upstream side tank that communicates with the ink jet head via the upstream port and is capable of storing an ink, a downstream side tank that communicates with the ink jet head via the downstream port and is capable of storing the ink, and a circulating pump that feeds the ink from the downstream side tank back to the upstream side tank. The ink supplying mechanism has a relief valve that is capable of opening and closing at least a liquid surface of the downstream side tank with respect to the atmospheric pressure, closes the relief valve to drive the circulating pump, sets the liquid surface of the downstream side tank to a negative pressure, and feeds the ink from the downstream side tank back to the upstream side tank via a feedback channel to circulate the ink.

    摘要: An ink jet head cleaning apparatus is provided which includes a wiping unit which performs a wiping operation for a nozzle surface of an ink jet head and a suction unit which performs a sucking operation for the nozzle surface. An operation OFF condition of the wiping unit and an operation OFF condition of the suction unit is detected, and the wiping unit and the suction unit are actuated selectively in accordance with the operation OFF condition thus detected. If an elapsed time after the wiping operation is longer than a first predetermined time, the wiping unit is actuated, and if an elapsed time after the sucking operation is longer than a second predetermined time, the suction unit is actuated. The first predetermined time is longer than the second predetermined time.

    摘要: In the ink jet head unit of the present invention, an ink jet head for emitting ink in a formof droplets from nozzles formed in a nozzle face and a driving circuit for driving the ink jet head are mounted on the same surface side of the base board. A groove section is formed in the surface, extending from the nozzle face of the ink jet head to the driving circuit. In the ink jet head, a temperature measuring section is positioned in the groove section. Furthermore, there is provided a sealing member in the groove section, to prevent the flow of ink emitted from the nozzles, into the driving circuit. The sealing member is partly formed of an elastic body. Therefore, since the elastic body can restrain a change in the volume of the sealing member likely to be caused by a temperature change, it is possible to prevent the temperature change from impairing the ink jet head, consequently realizing ink projection stability.

    摘要: This invention aims to offer a transparent touch panel that functions with a soft touching pressure by a pen or a finger, at the same time assures a long operating life.The transparent touch panel comprises a base plate having a transparent electro conductive layer, a top plate having a transparent electro concuctive layer, and a plurality of dot spacers located in between the base plate and the top plate.By a touch pressure given from the outer surface of the top plate, the transparent electro conductive layer placed in the top plate touches to the transparent electro conductive layer placed in the base plate, and the place touched is detected. What this touch panel specifically features is that it comprises dot spacers made of a composite resin containing a flexible modified epoxy resin. Hardness of the dot spacer is preferably not more than 95 according to JIS-K6301-A.
