摘要: A mobile telephone 10 includes: a CPU 102 that fetches and decodes instructions included in an OS, a nonsecure program, a switch device driver, and a secure program, and operates according to the decoding results; and a memory 107 including a controlled area and an uncontrollable area. The OS has only the controlled area as its access space, and includes an instruction for mediating access of the nonsecure program to the controlled area and an instruction for instructing the switch device driver to make a switch to the secure program. The nonsecure program includes an instruction to access the controlled area via the OS. The switch device driver includes an instruction to make a switch from execution of the OS to execution of the secure program in response to an instruction of the OS. The secure program has only the uncontrollable area as its access space, and includes an instruction to access the uncontrollable area.

摘要: Electrode layers 121 to 128 are superimposed in a ceramic porcelain 1 with ceramic layers therebetween. The electrode layers 121 to 128 respectively include internal electrodes A1 to A8 and extraction electrodes B1 to B8. Giving a description on the electrode layer 121, one end of the extraction electrode B1 is connected with the internal electrode A1 in the same layer, and the other end of the same is led onto a side surface of the ceramic porcelain 1. Further, the extraction electrode B1 is formed to be thicker than the internal electrode A1 in the same layer.

摘要: A laminated ceramic capacitor includes a body having an inner layer portion and an outer layer portion and a plurality of terminal electrodes spaced apart from each other in a length direction of the body. The inner layer portion has a plurality of internal electrodes stacked in a height direction of the body. The internal electrodes have led-out portions led out to a side face of the body. The outer layer portion is disposed on one of opposite faces of the inner layer portion in the height direction. Each terminal electrode extends along the height direction to cover corresponding one of the led-out portions and is provided with an intermediate portion and an end portion. The intermediate portion has a larger electrode width than the led-out portion. The end portion has a smaller electrode width at an edge of the side face than the intermediate portion.

摘要: A power unit support structure to minimize vibration of a vehicle body frame. A mount bracket disposed on a vehicle body frame supports a power unit that includes a longitudinal engine. Specifically, the mount bracket is disposed substantially at a center in a vehicle width direction between a pair of right and left center side frames that form part of the vehicle body frame and extend in a vehicle fore-aft direction. The center side frames are connected together with cross members. The mount bracket is mounted to the cross members via a connection member as a vibration damping material. The power unit is then mounted to the mount bracket via a subframe.

摘要: A disk device controller (1) performs reading/writing of data and management information from/to a first disk device (4) and a second disk device (5). The first disk device (4) and the second disk device (5) hold their device information and storing the management information and the data from the disk device controller (1). A reference device information holder (3) holds previously set reference device information peculiar to the device. A master disk decider (2) decides which one of the first disk device (4) and the second disk device is the master disk, based on the device information and the management information held in the first disk device (4) and the second disk device (5), and the reference device information held in the reference device information holder (3).

摘要: The invention relates to a fiber-reinforced rubber hose having an inner tubular portion made of a first rubber; an outer tubular portion which is made of a second rubber and surrounds the inner tubular portion; and a reinforcing layer interposed between the inner and outer tubular portions. At least one of the first and second rubbers is a carboxyl-containing acrylic elastomer prepared by vulcanizing a carboxyl-containing acrylic copolymer. The reinforcing layer is prepared from polyester fibers containing terminal carboxyl groups which are in an amount of up to 20 equivalents per metric ton of the polyester fibers. The rubber hose can be produced with a relatively low cost due to the use of polyester fibers. Furthermore, the rubber hose is superior in metal contact resistance and calcium chloride resistance, in addition to satisfactory heat resistance, oil resistance, pressure resistance and sealing capability.

摘要: A film embossing process of roughening a lateral edge of a thermo-plastic film by mechanically deforming said lateral edge. The lateral edge is subjected to the film embossing process at a temperature of from the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the film to the temperature of (tg+60.degree. C.). Subsequently the film is subjected to heat treatment at a temperature higher than the temperature of said film embossing process by at least 10.degree. C. to 30.degree. C.
