The first terminal device determines a first resource pool from at least one resource pool based on the first parameter. The first terminal device selects a first resource from the first resource pool. The first terminal device transmits sidelink information on the first resource. According to the method provided in embodiments of this application, a data transmission delay can be reduced and system communication efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a feedback control channel configuration method and a device, and relate to the field of wireless communication. A candidate time-frequency resource may be configured for a physical sidelink feedback control channel (PSFCH) that carries feedback control information, so that the required feedback control information can be fed back on the PSFCH. The method includes: determining, by first user equipment, configuration information of a PSFCH, where the configuration information of the PSFCH is to indicate or configure a candidate time-frequency resource of the PSFCH, and the candidate time-frequency resource of the PSFCH is to the carry feedback control information of first information; and sending, by the first user equipment, the configuration information of the PSFCH to second user equipment.

Abstract: Disclosed are an information sending method, information receiving method, apparatus, and device. The information sending method includes: receiving a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH); determining a first duration; and sending a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) not earlier than a first moment, where the first moment is a moment the first duration after an end moment of receiving the PSFCH. A terminal device does not send the PUCCH or the PUSCH before the moment the first duration after the end moment of receiving the PSFCH. Because the terminal device can determine the first duration, it is ensured that the terminal device may have sufficient time to process the PUCCH or the PUSCH. The PUCCH or the PUSCH may be used to carry sidelink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) information, and the HARQ information may be generated based on the received PSFCH.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a terminal device receives downlink control information that is sent by a network device and that indicates a first physical downlink control channel (PUCCH), where the first PUCCH and a second PUCCH occupy a same first time-domain symbol, and the first PUCCH and a third PUCCH occupy a same second time-domain symbol; and the terminal device sends the first PUCCH, where the first PUCCH carries a first sequence and a second sequence, a cyclic shift of the first sequence is determined based on a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) value and state information of a scheduling request (SR) corresponding to the second PUCCH, and a cyclic shift of the second sequence is determined based on the HARQ-ACK value and state information of an SR corresponding to the third PUCCH. An HARQ-ACK and a plurality of SRs can be multiplexed on a same PUCCH improving communication efficiency.
