Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a scheduling request sending method, a scheduling request processing method, and a related device. The scheduling request sending method includes: determining whether there has a first scheduling resource configuration corresponding to the first logical channel according to first indication information, when the first logical channel of a terminal device has to-be sent data and a first scheduling request (SR) is triggered; where the first indication information includes a first mapping relationship which indicates a correspondence between a logical channel of the terminal device and a scheduling resource configuration, and the first scheduling resource configuration includes a first uplink control channel resource corresponding to the first logical channel; and sending the first SR to an access network device by the first uplink control channel resource, when the first logical channel has a corresponding first scheduling resource configuration.

Abstract: This disclosure provides an RRC message transmission method and apparatus, a terminal device, and an access network device, and belongs to the field of wireless communications technologies. A first access network device sends first configuration information to a terminal device, where the first configuration information includes multipath configuration information and a first trigger condition, the multipath configuration information includes configuration information of a plurality of second transmission paths, and each second transmission path includes a transmission link between the terminal device and one second access network device and an interface link between the first access network device and the second access network device. When a radio link between the terminal device and the first access network device meets the first trigger condition, the terminal device activates the multipath configuration information, and transmits a same RRC message to the first access network device by using a first transmission path and at least one second target transmission path. According to this disclosure, a same RRC message is transmitted by using a plurality of transmission paths, thereby improving RRC message reliability.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a data communication method and a device, to resolve a prior-art problem of a high latency for switching a terminal device from an idle mode to a connected mode. The method includes: prestoring, by a terminal device, a TA indication list of a group of cells; performing, by the terminal device, cell selection or reselection, and obtaining a cell identity of a cell obtained after the selection or reselection; querying, by the terminal device based on the cell identity, the TA indication list of the group of cells for a TA value corresponding to the cell identity; and if the terminal device successfully finds, in the TA indication list of the group of cells, the TA value corresponding to the cell identity, sending, by the terminal device, an uplink Radio Resource Control (RRC) message in a random access-free manner.
