The disclosure relates to a method for controlling an uplink grant resource request, user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: acquiring, by user equipment UE, control information, where the control information is used for instructing to reduce a quantity of times of processing an uplink grant resource request, and the uplink grant resource request is an uplink grant resource request that is implemented by sending a schedule request SR or an uplink grant resource request that is implemented by means of a random access process; and controlling, by the UE according to the control information, a procedure of processing the uplink grant resource request. Therefore, this resolves problems of frequent activation of the UE and high power consumption of the UE that are caused by frequently triggering an SR, or frequently sending an SR, or frequent random access, and effectively reduces the power consumption of the UE.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for reporting user equipment assistance information, a user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: if a configuration in a user equipment UE for forbidding sending UE assistance information is not started or is closed, sending, by the UE, the UE assistance information to a base station; or, if a configuration in a UE for allowing sending UE assistance information is started, sending, by the UE, the UE assistance information to a base station. The foregoing method does not increase a signaling overhead of an air interface, and meanwhile, enables abase station to better optimize performance of a UE according to UE assistance information.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a device for allocating an air interface resource. The embodiments of the present invention are capable of solving the problem in the prior art that a method for allocating an air interface resource can provide transmission guarantee only for downlink service data on an air interface. By means of the technical solutions provided in the present invention, the end-to-end transmission guarantee between a service server and a UE can be provided for the downlink service data, thereby improving the service quality of the end-to-end transmission.

The present invention provides a method for semi-persistent scheduling, user equipment and network device. The method comprises: acquiring a SPS group scheduling identity, wherein the SPS group scheduling identity is shared by UEs belonging to a first group; receiving control signaling scrambled with the SPS group scheduling identity on a PDCCH, and unscrambling the control signaling according to the SPS group scheduling identity; receiving a data package on a PDSCH according to unscrambled control signaling, wherein the data package comprises indication information for instructing at least one UE belonging to the first group to perform a SPS operation; and determining that it is necessary to perform the SPS operation according to the indication information, and performing the SPS operation. The embodiments of the present invention can save PDCCH resource and improve system capacity.

A first-hierarchy network management device is connected to the second-hierarchy network management device. The first-hierarchy network management device and the second-hierarchy network management device are configured to separately manage managed objects of different hierarchies. A managed object of the managed objects is a device, a network, or a service provided by the network. The embodiments provide a network performance reporting method and apparatus. The method includes: a data analysis network element receives a first subscription message from a first network element, where the first subscription message is used to request to subscribe to network performance parameter information of a first area; the data analysis network element obtains the network performance parameter information of the first area from an access network device corresponding to the first area, where the network performance parameter information of the first area is used to indicate network performance of the first area; and when determining that a first reporting condition is met, the data analysis network element sends the network performance parameter information of the first area or a network performance level corresponding to the network performance parameter information of the first area to the first network element.

Embodiments of this application disclose a data transmission method, where the method includes: receiving, by user equipment, first information from a radio access device, where the first information indicates different transmission classes corresponding to a plurality of logical channels; determining, by the user equipment based on the first information, a transmission format of uplink data on at least one logical channel corresponding to at least one transmission class in the different transmission classes, and determining a transmission resource in the transmission format; and sending, by the user equipment, the uplink data by using the transmission format and the transmission resource in the transmission format. In this application, different transmission resources are allocated to uplink data on logical channels LCHs of different transmission classes, so that different requirements of different uplink data can be met.

This application provides a downlink signal receiving method, a terminal, and a source base station. The method includes: A terminal may receive downlink signals from a source base station and a target base station in a handover process. When receiving no downlink signal from the target base station, the terminal receives the downlink signal only from the source base station. In addition, after handover is completed, the terminal receives the downlink signal only from the target base station, so that the terminal can still receive the downlink signal from the source base station in the handover process. Therefore, downlink signal transmission interruption caused by the handover process may be reduced to 0 ms or nearly 0 ms. In other words, zero interruption or nearly zero interruption of data transmission may be implemented.

A communication device receives a parallel hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) communication instruction, where the parallel HARQ communication instruction is used to instruct the communication device to send or receive data in a parallel HARQ manner, where the sending data in a parallel HARQ manner by the communication device is sending, by the communication device, at least one data packet with same content within a transmission time interval; and the receiving data in a parallel HARQ manner by the communication device is receiving at least one data packet with same content within a transmission time interval, and performing combined decoding on the received at least one data packet with same content; and the communication device sends or receives the data in the parallel HARQ manner according to the parallel HARQ communication instruction. According to the present invention, a delay of data transmission can be reduced.
