    Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure provide an indication information transmission method and apparatus, and relate to the communications field. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal side communications apparatus, configuration information sent by an access network side communications apparatus, where the configuration information includes identification information of at least one cell; and detecting, by the terminal side communications apparatus by using a length of a first time as a granularity, first indication information sent by the access network side communications apparatus, where the first indication information is used to indicate a transmission structure corresponding to one or more time units included in a second time of the at least one cell identified by the identification information, and the length of the first time is different from a length of the second time.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a random access response method and an apparatus. The method includes: RARs associated with one RO are transmitted based on groups, so that a transport block size of RAR data transmitted each time is reduced, and N bits in DCI format 1_0 of CRC are scrambled by using a RA-RNTI to indicate scheduling information of N RAR groups in a PDSCH. Alternatively, DCI format 1_0 of CRC is scrambled by using identifiers of RAR groups, to correspondingly schedule the RAR groups in the PDSCH. According to this application, a problem of a large transport block caused by a large quantity of RARs being transmitted in a PDSCH can be avoided, so that a modulation order or a bit rate is reduced, and demodulation performance of a terminal device is improved.

    Abstract: An SRS transmission method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: A terminal device determines a first frequency band, and receives SRS configuration information from a network device, where the SRS configuration information is used to indicate an SRS transmission frequency band. The terminal device determines the SRS transmission frequency band based on the SRS configuration information, where the SRS transmission frequency band is included in the first frequency band. The terminal device transmits an SRS to the network device in the SRS transmission frequency band. A bandwidth of the first frequency band is greater than a maximum channel bandwidth supported by the terminal device. According to the foregoing method, the terminal device can transmit an SRS within a larger frequency resource range, or a bandwidth corresponding to a transmission frequency band of the SRS is more suitable for a terminal device with a low bandwidth capability.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to example data transmission methods, user equipment, and access network devices in an LAA-LTE system. An example data receiving method includes determining, by user equipment, first information of a first cell. The user equipment determines a first subframe based on the first information, where a downlink data transmission length of the first subframe is less than a first threshold. The user equipment then determines a data transmission characteristic of the cell in the first subframe based on a preset condition, so as to receive, based on the data transmission characteristic, data including the first subframe. In doing so, a data transmission characteristic of a base station or a terminal is standardized, and a reference signal such as a DRS can be correctly identified.
