Abstract: A gap determining method includes: A terminal device receives first configuration information and second configuration information from a network device. The terminal device receives scheduling information from the network device. The terminal device determines a downlink gap of the first channel based on the first configuration information. The terminal device determines a first gap between the N transport blocks based on the second configuration information. When the terminal device determines that a preset condition is satisfied, the terminal device determines that a gap part that is included in the first gap and that overlaps with the downlink gap is postponed in time domain and that a gap part obtained through postponing does not overlap with the downlink gap; or when the first gap includes a gap part that overlaps with the downlink gap, the terminal device determines that the gap part belongs to the downlink gap.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a terminal device and a network device each determine a quantity M of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes supported by the terminal device. The network device sends downlink control information (DCI) to the terminal device. The DCI includes a first field that indicates a quantity N of transport blocks (TBs) scheduled by the DCI, where N is a positive integer greater than 1. If M=1, the terminal device receives or sends, in the HARQ process, an initially transmitted TB and/or a retransmitted TB in the N TBs scheduled by the DCI. If M is greater than 1, and N is less than or equal to M, the terminal device receives or sends, in N HARQ processes in the M HARQ processes, the N TBs scheduled by the DCI, where each of the N HARQ processes corresponds to one TB in the N TBs.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to data scheduling methods, apparatus, and systems. In one example method, a network device sends, to a terminal device, downlink control information (DCI) used to schedule N transport blocks (TBs). After determining that a downlink channel that carries first M TBs in the N TBs is transmitted in consecutive first downlink time units, the network device sends the downlink channel to the terminal device. The terminal device receives the downlink channel. After determining that ACKs/NACKs corresponding to the M TBs are transmitted in consecutive first uplink time units, the terminal device sends the ACKs/NACKs corresponding to the M TBs to the network device. N is a positive integer greater than 1, and M is a positive integer greater than 1 and less than or equal to N.

Abstract: A message transmission method and device relating to the field of communications technologies is disclosed, so as to improve an anti-interference capability in message transmission. The method includes: generating, by a base station, a scrambling code according to a first time parameter; then scrambling a system message according to the scrambling code; and finally sending the scrambled system message to a terminal on a physical broadcast channel. In this technical solution, because the first time parameter has different values at at least two different moments, scrambling codes determined at the at least two corresponding different moments are different. Therefore, a possibility at which the base station uses a same scrambling code to scramble a same system message repeatedly in a time period is reduced, so that an anti-interference capability in system message transmission is improved.
