    Abstract: This application provides a resource configuration method, a terminal, and a network device. The method includes: determining a second frequency domain resource based on a physical random access channel frequency domain resource used by a terminal to send a random access preamble, where the second frequency domain resource is used to transmit at least one of physical signal information or physical channel information. In embodiments of this application, when the network device configures a plurality of uplink frequency domain resources used to send a random access message 3, the terminal may determine a to-be-used uplink frequency domain resource according to the method provided in this application.

    Abstract: Various embodiments provide a frequency hopping processing method and a device. In those embodiments, a symbol used to transmit a demodulation reference signal of a shared channel can be determined by a communications device. A time domain frequency hopping location of the shared channel based on the symbol used to transmit the demodulation reference signal can be determined by the communications device. In this way, frequency hopping processing of a shared channel in an NR network is implemented.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a communication method, a communications apparatus, and a communications system, to determine a physical resource block (PRB) grid when a center frequency of a synchronization signal (SS) is inconsistent with a center frequency of a carrier. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, an SS from a network device; determining, by the terminal, a first PRB grid based on the SS; receiving, by the terminal, first indication information from the network device, where the first indication information is used to indicate a first frequency offset between the first PRB grid and a second PRB grid; and determining, by the terminal, the second PRB grid based on the first PRB grid and the first frequency offset.

    Abstract: An embodiment provides an information monitoring method, a terminal, and a network device. The method includes: allocating, by a network device, a first frequency domain resource to a terminal, where the first frequency domain resource is used as a bandwidth part of the terminal; obtaining, by the network device, a bandwidth capability of the terminal, and determining, based on the bandwidth capability and the first frequency domain resource, a second frequency domain resource allocated to the terminal, where the second frequency domain resource is used by the terminal to monitor common information; and sending, by the network device, indication information, where the indication information is used to indicate the second frequency domain resource. According to embodiments, common information and information about a terminal can be simultaneously monitored, thereby improving information monitoring efficiency.

In one embodiment, the terminal receives a first demodulation reference signal based on a first physical resource block index, wherein the first physical resource block index is associated with a first location in frequency domain, and the first demodulation reference signal is usable for demodulating a first downlink control channel, wherein a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) resource associated with the first downlink control channel is configured by a physical broadcast channel (PBCH); and the terminal receives a second demodulation reference signal based on a second physical resource block index, wherein the second physical resource block index is associated with a second location in frequency domain, and the second demodulation reference signal is usable for demodulating a second downlink control channel other than the first downlink control channel.

    Abstract: A resource configuration method and an apparatus are provided. The resource configuration method includes: receiving, by user equipment, configuration information sent by a network device, where the configuration information is used to indicate at least one time interval and at least one time-frequency resource unit within the time interval, and the time-frequency resource unit includes a first time-frequency resource subunit and/or a second time-frequency resource subunit; and reconfiguring, by the user equipment, a resource mapping manner and/or a rate matching manner based on the configuration information, so that no downlink receiving or uplink sending is performed by the user equipment on the first time-frequency resource subunit, and adjusting a timing offset of the second time-frequency resource subunit to perform downlink receiving or uplink sending on the second time-frequency resource subunit obtained by adjusting the timing offset. Resource utilization can be improved while ensuring that the user equipment correctly receives data.
