Abstract: This application provides a transmission precoding matrix indication method and a device. The method includes: determining a bit quantity of a transmission precoding matrix indicator field corresponding to a subband scheduled for uplink based on downlink control information received from a network device, where the bit quantity of the transmission precoding matrix indicator field corresponding to the subband is related to a quantity of subbands corresponding to the resource scheduled for uplink; and further, determining an uplink transmission precoding matrix corresponding to the subband based on the bit quantity of the transmission precoding matrix indicator field corresponding to the subband and the uplink transmission layer quantity. A transmission precoding matrix indicator field can be effectively used, and control channel resource utilization is improved.

Abstract: The present application relates to an indication method for transmitting a physical control channel. The method includes: determining, by a radio node, one of space frequency block coding SFBC transmission and single frequency transmission, as a receiving mode used by user equipment to receive a downlink physical control channel; and sending, by the radio node, an indication message to the user equipment, where the indication message is used to instruct the user equipment to receive, in the receiving mode, the downlink physical control channel sent by the radio node. The user equipment receives the downlink physical control channel according to the receiving mode, thereby improving system performance.

Abstract: A precoding matrix indication method relating to the field of wireless communications technologies, an apparatus, and a system that are in a wireless communications system are provided. A combination of a plurality of stages of codebooks and a corresponding PMI feedback method are further provided. User equipment receives indication information sent by a network device, where the indication information includes information about codebooks used to report precoding matrix indicators (PMI), the information about the codebooks indicates that the used codebooks are at least two of a first codebook to an Nth codebook, the PMIs include at least two of a first PMI to an Nth PMI, and the first PMI to the Nth PMI are respectively used to indicate a precoding matrix in the first codebook to a precoding matrix in the Nth codebook; and sends the PMIs based on the indication information.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose a sounding reference signal configuration method and an apparatus. Abstract: A communications method, apparatus, and system are provided. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, configuration information from a radio access network (RAN) node, where the configuration information is used to configure precision of a multi-stage codebook, and codebook precision at different stages is different; and performing, by the terminal, reporting for codebook information based on the configuration information, where information about an Mth-stage codebook limits a range of an (M+1)th-stage codebook, and M is a positive integer and is less than a codebook stage quantity. The RAN node configures the precision of the multi-stage codebook for the terminal to enable the codebook precision at all the stages to be different, to obtain a more flexible codebook. In addition, information about a previous-stage codebook limits a range of a current-stage codebook, so that the terminal can perform codebook measurement and reporting within a specific range, thereby reducing reporting overheads.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a two-stage precoding technology and a channel information feedback technology in a wireless communications system. In a two-stage precoding method, a first network device sends a first reference signal for estimating spatial correlation matrix information by a second network device, and the first network device receives spatial correlation matrix information fed back by a user, and determines a stage-1 precoding matrix based on the spatial correlation matrix information. Solutions provided in this application are intended to improve performance of a two-stage precoding system by applying a two-stage precoding method that includes a spatial correlation matrix information feedback solution.
