The wireless communications device may send a second response indicating access is granted to enable the access stratum interface to transmit an uplink transmission during the transmitting opportunity.

Abstract: A first apparatus receives, from a second apparatus via a sidelink (SL) transmission, first configuration parameters for a first SL DRX group and second configuration parameters for a second SL DRX group. The first apparatus determines that the first apparatus is in a first SL active time for receiving information on the SL based on the first configuration parameters for the first SL DRX group, and in a second SL active time for receiving information on the SL based on the configuration parameter for the second SL DRX group.
