摘要: A method includes receiving a set of messages corresponding to a user, identifying a non-terminal message from the received set of messages, wherein a non-terminal message is a message containing content that indicates further action is required, determining if an age of the identified non-terminal message is greater than a selected threshold, wherein the age of the identified non-terminal message corresponds to an amount of time elapsed since the message was received, identifying actionable content corresponding to the non-terminal message, wherein actionable content corresponds to message content that requests or indicates a need for further action, determining one or more next actions according to the identified actionable contents, and executing the determined one or more actions. A computer program product and computer system corresponding to the method are also disclosed.

摘要: A method for associating a post with a goal may include receiving, by a processor, a special operator term entered by a user as part of a post. The special operator term may automatically cause the post to be associated with a selected goal. The method may also include providing, by the processor, a list of goals for selection by the user in response to receiving the special operator term and adding, by the processor, the selected goal from the list of goals to the post in response to the user selecting the select goal. The method may additionally include receiving, by the processor, content of the post entered by the user. The method may further include automatically associating, by the processor, the post with the selected goal from the list of goals.

摘要: A method, a processing device, and a computer program product are provided. In various embodiments, one or more processing devices retrieves one or more network communications. The one or more network communications are analyzed, by the at least one processing device, and identifies objects referred to in the network communications having frequent physical contact with different entities. A resulting health risk is produced by aggregating the health risk for each identified object. Based on the resulting health risk, a modified course of action for an entity is advised.

摘要: A method, system and computer program product for improving management and performance of an employee. An indication of a goal sponsored by an owner, such as a manager, is received. After receiving an indication of a user subscribing to the goal sponsored by the owner, communications (e.g., posts) on the social network involving the subscribed user that include a tag designating the goal may be monitored. Upon detecting a completion of the goal by the subscribed user in the monitored communications, a pattern of steps (e.g., “prepare,” “review” and “finish”) to accomplish the goal is determined based on the monitored communications. The pattern may then be used to recommend actions to other users subscribed to the goal concerning accomplishing the goal based on the pattern. Furthermore, the owner may receive indications as to the progress of the user in accomplishing the goal based on the pattern.

摘要: Balancing a workload based on commitments to projects includes monitoring messages in a collaboration system, the messages representing correspondences between users of the collaboration system, selecting a number of the users associated with the collaboration system to form a group of users, retrieving the messages from each of the users in the group of users, analyzing data associated with the messages to determine which of the messages relate to at least one project, and executing, based on a threshold, at least one action to optimize a workload for at least one user in the group of users for the at least one project.

摘要: A method for controlling a plurality of environmental factors that trigger a negative emotional state is provided. The method may include analyzing a plurality of user data when a user experiences a plurality of various environmental factors. The method may also include determining an emotional state experienced by the user when each of the plurality of various environmental factors is present based on the plurality of user data. The method may include receiving a plurality of calendar information associated with a user account. The method may also include identifying an upcoming event based on the plurality of calendar information. The method may include identifying an environmental factor within the plurality of various environmental factors is present at the upcoming event. The method may also include, in response to determining the environmental factor causes the user to experience a negative emotional state, executing an accommodation method based on the environmental factor.

摘要: A system and method for responding to changes in social traffic in a geographic area receives, via an electronic communications interface, information describing a geographic area and one or more attributes of people expected to be in the geographic area. A geofence is defined based on the information describing the geographic area, and a cohort of people expected to be in the geofence is defined based on the one or more attributes. Information from a sensor regarding an attribute of a person at a geographic location is received via an electronic communications network. Based on the attribute, a determination is made whether or not the person is a member of the cohort of people expected to be in the geofence. An alert may be triggered based at least in part on whether or not the person is a member of the cohort of people expected to be in the geofence.

摘要: A method for team analytics context graph generation and augmentation may include extracting a set of relevant features from a received message and predicting a context graph corresponding to the received message being sparse based on the extracted relevant features. A context of the received message is indeterminable from the context graph in response to the context graph being sparse. The method may also include generating an augmented context graph in response to the context graph being predicted to be sparse. The context of the received message is determinable from the augmented context graph. The method may additionally include presenting the augmented context graph.
