Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes a substrate, a pixel circuit, an insulating layer including a contact hole, a lower electrode connected to the pixel circuit via the contact hole, an upper electrode, an organic layer between the lower electrode and the upper electrode, a rib formed of an inorganic material and including an aperture, and a partition above the rib. The organic layer includes a first organic layer in contact with the lower electrode via the aperture and a second organic layer located on the partition and spaced apart from the first organic layer. The partition overlaps an entire of the contact hole in plan view.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes a base, a display unit containing pixels, a power supply circuit, a touch controller and a switching circuit disposed between the display unit, the power supply circuit and the touch controller. The pixels each includes a pixel circuit and a display element including a lower electrode connected to the pixel circuit, an upper electrode disposed to oppose the lower electrode and an organic layer including a light-emitting layer disposed between the lower electrode and the upper electrode. The upper electrode is connected to the switching circuit, and the switching circuit selectively switches between connecting the upper electrode to the power supply circuit and connecting the upper electrode to the touch controller.

Abstract: The first light-emitting layer is higher in light-emission start voltage than each of the second light-emitting layer and the third light-emitting layer. The second light-emitting layer is higher in visibility of the emission color than each of the first light-emitting layer and the third light-emitting layer. The electroluminescence layer has an inter-pixel section between an adjacent pair of the openings and along the upper surface of the insulation layer. The inter-pixel section between the first opening and the second opening has a first resistance value. Abstract: A lower base surface of wirings includes a stepped portion with upper surfaces having mutually different heights and stepped surfaces rising from respective upper surfaces. Each upper surface and the stepped surface form a projecting portion rising in each normal direction and constitute a first recessed corner portion immediately below the wirings and a second recessed corner portion at the tip of the projecting portion in the normal direction of the stepped surface. A first interval exists between the adjacent wirings. The first recessed corner portion has a first height. The second recessed corner portion has a second height and a second width in the first direction. The second width is smaller than the first interval, the second height is lower than the first height, or both the second width is smaller than the first interval and the second height is lower than the first height.

Abstract: Disclosed is a display device including: a driving transistor, a first switching transistor, and a pixel transistor each having a gate and a pair of terminals; a storage capacitor having a pair of terminals; and a light-emitting element having an input terminal and an output terminal. One terminal of the driving transistor is electrically connected to one terminal of the pixel transistor. The other terminal of the driving transistor is electrically connected to one terminal of the first switching transistor and the input terminal of the light-emitting element. The other terminal of the first switching transistor is electrically connected to the gate of the driving transistor and one terminal of the capacitor. The one terminal of the capacitor overlaps with an active region of the driving transistor.
