Abstract: A display device includes a display region in which a plurality of pixel portions is arranged in a matrix on a substrate, each of the plurality of pixel portions including an LED chip, a transistor, and a capacitor. Through the transistor, a first electrode of the LED chip is connected to a first wiring to which one of power supply voltages is supplied. A second electrode of the LED chip is connected to a second wiring to which another of the power supply voltages is supplied. A first electrode of the capacitor is connected to the first electrode of the LED chip. The plurality of pixel portions includes at least one first pixel portion which is located on an outermost periphery of the display region and at least one second pixel portion which is not located on the outermost periphery of the display region.

Abstract: According to one embodiment a display device includes first and second sub-pixels, first and second power lines, and a reset line. The first sub-pixel includes a first light emitting element and a first pixel circuit. The second sub-pixel includes a second light emitting element and a second pixel circuit. The first power line supplies power to the first pixel circuit. The second power line supplies power to the second pixel circuit. Reset signal is supplied to the reset line. The reset line and the power lines are arranged in a display region. The reset line is connected to both the pixel circuits. A width of the first power line is larger than a width of the second power line.

Abstract: According to an aspect, a display device with a sensor includes: a first substrate; detection electrodes arrayed in a matrix in a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction above the first substrate; sensor wires coupled to one of the detection electrodes; pixels each including sub-pixels and arrayed in a matrix in the first and second directions; scanning lines scanning switching elements of the sub-pixels and extending in the first direction; and signal lines coupled to the switching elements and extending in the second direction. One of the sensor wires overlaps one of the signal lines. The sensor wires each have, at a part thereof, a coupling part coupled to the corresponding detection electrode. The pixels include a first pixel with the coupling part and a second pixel without the coupling part. The first and second pixels are alternately disposed in the first and second directions.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device includes: pixel electrodes arranged in respective sub-pixels arrayed in a matrix, plural image signal lines extending in a column direction of the matrix, and supplied with image signals, pixel transistors which are switches arranged in the respective sub-pixels, and supply the image signals to the pixel electrodes, and scanning signal lines extending in a row direction of the matrix, and control conduction of the pixel transistors. The pixel electrodes aligned in a direction along which the image signal lines extend are connected to either of two adjacent image signal lines with six sub-pixels as one period. The pixel electrodes corresponding to five of the six sub-pixels are connected to one of the two adjacent ones of the image signal lines, and the pixel electrode corresponding to one sub-pixel is connected to the other of the two adjacent ones of the image signal lines.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes pixels each including transistors, pixel electrodes, a contact electrode, and light emitting elements, and an insulating basement, a first organic insulating layer, a second organic insulating layer, a resin layer, a common electrode, and first wiring lines.
