    摘要: A method of operating a three level converter includes controlling the output voltage of the converter when a DC link voltage of the three level converter is lower than one-half of a rated DC link voltage of the converter by, for each leg of the converter, alternately connecting an output terminal of the leg to the positive terminal or the negative terminal of the DC link. When the DC link voltage is at least one-half of the rated DC link voltage, the method includes controlling the output voltage of the converter by, for each leg, selectively connecting the output terminal of the converter to the positive terminal, the negative terminal, or a mid-point of the DC link.

The bit slice circuit comprises: first transmit circuitry and first receive circuitry operating in a first clock domain, wherein the first circuitry receives a first clock signal; second transmit circuitry and second receive circuitry operating in a second clock domain, wherein the second circuitry receives a second clock signal; transmit transition circuitry and receive transition circuitry, the transmit transition circuitry coupling the first transmit circuitry to the second transmit circuitry, the receive transition circuitry coupling the first receive circuitry to the second receive circuitry, wherein the transition circuitry receives the first and second clock signals; and a single phase mixer that generates the second clock signal, wherein the second clock signal has a first phase in the transmit mode of operation and second phase in the receive mode of operation.

    摘要: In one embodiment, the components within each respective unit of the MCC are connected powered by a connector assembly that is directly engaged to secondary power and network data conductors disposed of within the enclosure. The connector assembly, if so desired, will maintain connection even upon disengagement of the unit from the main power supply. This service position can be employed to provide a safe environment for diagnostic testing and repair of the unit. In another embodiment, the secondary power and network data conductors may by carried over an open rail system. This embodiment provides a convenient means of quickly and easily engaging the secondary power and network data conductors to the unit. Another embodiment provides a method for placing the unit into a service position.
