    摘要: A system and a method for controlling transport rate of real time streaming service between a streaming server and a streaming client connected via a predetermined network. In transmitting multimedia contents to the streaming client, the streaming server controls the transport rate by compensating as much as accumulatively added average value a difference between a buffer level reported from the streaming client and a required buffer level. Furthermore, in order to prevent an initial reproduction delay, the streaming server controls by a maximum transport rate allowed by the network. By which, an overflow or an under-run of buffer occurring when streaming service is given for a long time can be prevented, and a time delay can be minimized from a time of streaming start point to a time of reproduction in actual screen or sound.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for selecting and outputting characters by making a teeth clenching motion for disabled person are disclosed. The apparatus includes: an electromyogram signal obtaining unit including electromyogram sensors disposed at both sides for generating an electromyogram signal according to a predetermined muscle activated when a disabled person clenches teeth, and a ground electrode connected to a body of the disabled persons for providing a reference voltage; and an electromyogram signal processing unit for outputting a character by identifying a teeth clenching motion pattern of each block according to a side of teeth clenched, a duration of clenching teeth and consecutive clenching motions through analyzing the obtained electromyogram and selecting characters according to the identified teeth clenching motion pattern.

Furthermore, when one brushes one's teeth in every nook and corner, using the tooth brush of this invention decreases the fatigue of one's wrist and arm substantially, compared with the conventional tooth brush.

    摘要: Provided is a local heatsink welding device and a method of welding using the same. The local heatsink welding device includes a welding torch disposed above welds of two pieces of a base metal placed in contact with each other to be welded, the welding torch welding the pieces of the base metal by melting a welding wire on the welds of the base material and fusing the pieces together; and a cooling unit disposed to be able to spray a low-temperature fluid from the sides of the welding torch, the cooling unit cooling at least a portion of a heat-affected zone formed around the outside of a fusion zone in which the base material is molten during welding. The local heatsink welding device can improve mechanical properties such as mechanical strength and fracture toughness of welds such as a pressure vessel for a power plant by suppressing the formation of carbide coarsening on a non-transformation heat-affected zone during welding, without adding a new heat treatment process to the production of steel for the pressure vessel.
