Disclosed is a vehicle weight measuring structure. The structure comprises a base plate; a plurality of support elements placed on the base plate, each support element having a pair of legs which project downward and are separated from each other by a predetermined distance to be brought into contact with the base plate, each leg having a free end serving as a contact part which possesses a rounded contour; and a structure body horizontally supported by the plurality of support elements in a manner such that an upper surface of the structure body and an upper surface of a road become coplanar, for transferring a load of a vehicle traveling on the road to the support elements.

There is provided a channel estimating apparatus and method in a radio communication system. In the channel estimating apparatus, a fading estimator estimates a channel using preset symbols of an input signal, a first interpolator interpolates the other symbols of the input signal based on the fading estimation, a first inverter inverts the output signal of the first interpolator, a first delay delays the input signal for a predetermined time, a first multiplier primarily compensates the output signal of the first delay by means of the output signal of the first inverter, a second interpolator interpolates each symbol of the input signal relating to primarily compensated symbols in a predetermined period before and after the symbol, a level controller controls the level of the output signal of the second interpolator, a second inverter inverts the output signal of the level controller, a second delay for delays the primarily compensated signal for a predetermined time, and a second multiplier secondarily compensates the output signal of the second delay by means of the output signal of the second inverter.

Reaction mixtures for forming curable epoxy resin compositions comprise an epoxy resin, a monoethylenically unsaturated monomer capable of forming polyacrylate rubber, a chain transfer agent to allow for higher levels of rubber in the curable epoxy resin without undesired viscosity increase and/or gellation, and a monomer soluble initiator. Optional ingredients include a crosslinking agent for the rubber-forming monomer, a grafting agent for rubber and epoxy resin, and an epoxy curing agent, preferably having activation conditions which are not satisfied when the initiator is activated. Heating the reaction mixture gives epoxy resin compositions containing polyacrylate rubber, the latter being optionally crosslinked and/or grafted to the epoxy resin. Activation of the curing agent, e.g., by heating, when such curing agent is present, yields cured adhesive compositions.

Improved copoly(carbonate/phosphonate) compositions formed by reaction of a dihydric phenol, a carbonate precursor, and an organophosphorus dihalide are disclosed. The inherent viscosity and melting point of such compositions is increased by the presence of an effective amount of a chain branching agent, optionally in the additional presence of a chain terminating agent.

Provided is a steel sheet for a formed member having enhanced ductility, a formed member, and a method for manufacturing the formed member, and more particularly, to a steel sheet for making a formed member having high strength and ductility such as an automotive structural member and a reinforcing member, a formed member, and a method for manufacturing the formed member. The steel sheet for a formed member has enhanced ductility, and includes, by weight %, C: 0.1% to 1.0%, Si+Al: 0.4% to 3.0%, Mn: 0.1% to 5.0%, P: 0.0001% to 0.1%, S: 0.0001% to 0.03%, N: 0.03% or less (but not 0%), and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The formed member having high strength and ductility that can be used for forming an automotive structural member, a reinforcing member, etc. In addition, the formed member can be used for a heat-treatable impact resistant member.

A method for manufacturing a fine spheroidized steel sheet having an excellent heat treatment characteristic, the method including: i) manufacturing a high carbon slab that is formed of 0.3 to 1.0 wt % C, 0.1 to 1.2 wt % Mn, 0 to 0.4 wt % Si, 0.01 to 0.1 wt % Al, 0 to 0.01 wt % S, and balance Fe and an inevitably added impurity as residuals; ii) reheating the slab to a temperature of Ar3 transformation point or more; iii) roughing rolling the slab, and manufacturing a thin plate by performing finish rolling in an austenite region; iv) cooling the thin plate at a cooling speed of 50 to 300° C./sec; v) finishing the cooling of the thin plate at a temperature region of 400 to 650° C. and maintaining the temperature; vi) winding the thin plate at a temperature region of 450 to 700° C.; vii) performing cold rolling at a reduction ratio of 30% or more; and viii) spheroidizing annealing the cold rolled thin plate.

An apparatus and a method for measuring a moving distance in a mobile communication terminal. A Doppler frequency over a time interval for measuring a moving speed of the Doppler frequency is measured or calculated. The moving speed is calculated. The moving distance is calculated using the moving speed and the time interval.
