    摘要: A lens-fitted photo film unit has a body section, a front cover and a rear cover, all of which are plastic parts. These plastic parts are made of raw materials restored from used plastic parts. A plastic parts recycling line is constisuted of a pelletizing line and a non-pelletizing line. In the non-pelletizing line, the used plastic parts are crushed for procuring crushed materials. In the pelletizing line, the crushed materials are melted, extruded and molded into the strand-like resin, which is cut into recycled pellets. The crushed materials are used for forming the plastic parts that are not in contact with a photo film. Meanwhile the recycled pellets are used for forming the plastic parts that are in contact with the photo film.

The mask member has a plurality of round holes to conduct light from the photometric window to the photoreceptive surface. The photoreceptive surface and the photometric window have the same diameter. The holes have a diameter of 1 mm and an axial length of 8 mm that is equal to the thickness of the mask member. The holes are arranged closely in a honeycomb pattern within an area equal to the photoreceptive surface, so a sufficient amount of light falls on the photoreceptive surface in total.

The planetary gear set comprises a sun gear as an integral part of the rotary shaft, a ring gear having a greater number of teeth than that of the sun gear, and at least one planet gear in mesh with the sun gear and the ring gear which revolves around the sun gear by means of rotation of the winding knob and rotates on its own axis so as to increase rotation of the winding knob and transmits the increased rotation to the rotary shaft, and hence the spool, so as thereby to decrease a burden on the user.

    摘要: Photo film has pairs of perforations arranged at a regular pitch (L1+L2) along at least one edge thereof. Each of the pairs of perforations includes first and second perforations arranged at a small regular interval (L1) away from one another. A photo film advancing device has a rotatable sprocket wheel (41, 72, 80, 152, 252), a periphery of which has at least one pair of teeth, respectively including first and second teeth disposed away from one another nearly at the regular interval. The first tooth is engaged with the first perforation. The second tooth is engaged with the second perforation. A retaining member (44) causes the sprocket wheel to have a locked state, and disables the photo film from advancing when the second perforation is engaged with the second tooth. The retaining member causes the sprocket wheel to have an unlocked state and enables the sprocket wheel to rotate when a shutter operates. A plate spring (45) is associated with the sprocket wheel, and operates after the sprocket wheel is rotated as much as a small amount by advancement of the photo film while the sprocket wheel has the unlocked state. The plate spring rotates the sprocket wheel further as much as a predetermined amount in the same direction when the second tooth is moved away from the second perforation, so as to cause the first tooth to stand by for engaging with a succeeding pair of the pairs of perforations with the first tooth in contact with the photo film. The photo film is advanced in contact with the first tooth.

    摘要: A movable lens barrel contains a front lens group and a rear lens group and moves along the optical axis during zooming. The front lens group moves together with the movable lens barrel during zooming, and moves relative to the movable lens barrel along the optical axis during focussing. The rear lens group moves within and relative to the movable lens barrel during zooming. A deviation of the focussing position takes place due to backlash of the drive mechanism of the movable lens barrel. This focussing position deviation is eliminated by changing the position of the front lens group as set for focussing, or by changing the position of the rear lens group as set for zooming, respectively in accordance with the zooming direction. In order to determine the set position of the front lens group, two tables are provided corresponding respectively to the zooming direction. Each table stores a plurality of lens setting positions, an optimum one of which is selected in accordance with the focal length and subject distance. In order to adjust the position of the rear lens group, two types of cam surfaces are provided which are selectively used in accordance with the zooming direction. In another embodiment, a double cam ring is provided which is rotated during zooming to determine the position of the rear lens group. Only immediately after the zooming direction changes, the double cam ring is slid along the optical axis by a predetermined amount.
