摘要： A solid-state color imaging device carrying a micro-color filter which is reduced in its alkali metal ion content to a level of not more than 100 ppm is prepared through formation of a substrate of at least one colored resin layer of the micro-color filter using, as the substrate material, a water-soluble protein such as gelatin whose alkali metal ion content is not more than 20 ppm.
