Each of the threads of an external thread portion of a joint body and an internal thread portion of a union nut is formed asd an asymmetrical trapezoid, an inclined angle α1 of first flanks of the asymmetrical trapezoidal threads which contact with each other by fastening the union nut is set to 70 to 90°, and an included angle α2 of the flanks opposite to the first flanks is set to 40 to 80°, and wherein the joint body defines a sealing portion the angle and direction of taper of which is defined by an angle θ0, said external thread is defined by an angle θ1, where θ1=α1 and wherein θ0 |cos θ1|.

A suction port and a discharge port are formed in an inner bottom face of the pump body facing the liquid chamber. Liquid is sucked from the suction port into the liquid chamber by extension of the bellows, and the liquid in the liquid chamber is discharged from the discharge port by contraction of the bellows. In each of a suction ball type check valve disposed in the suction port, and a discharge ball type check valve disposed in an outflow passage which communicates with the discharge port, a cylindrical valve casing is disposed, and ball valve elements in the valve casing are caused by their own weight to be closely contacted with valve seat, thereby preventing liquid from reversely flowing.

    摘要: The invention provides a pump with a pulsation suppression device which can further enhance the effect of suppressing pulsation. According to the invention, in one side portion of a pump head wall 1 having inflow and outflow passages 2 and 3, a first bellows 7 which is driven so as to extend and contract by an air cylinder portion 14, and check valves 16a and 16b which alternately open and close a pump working chamber 9a formed in the first bellows 7 are disposed to constitute a reciprocal pump portion 4. In the other side portion of the pump head wall 1, a pulsation suppressing portion 5 is configured so as to have a second bellows 18 that is extendable and contractible, and that forms: a liquid chamber 20a which can temporarily store liquid that is to be discharged from the pump portion 4; and an air chamber 20b which is isolated from the liquid chamber 20a. The pulsation suppressing portion absorbs pulsation of the liquid which is discharged from the pump portion 4, by a change in the capacity of the liquid chamber 20a. The extension rate of the second bellows 18 is set to be larger than that of the first bellows 7.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a pipe joint made of resin used for laying pipes in which a high-purity liquid, ultra pure water or the like flow. According to the pipe joint of the present invention, a sealing surface pressure is generated in both axial and radial directions, providing thereby an excellent sealing property for a long period, and facilitate controlling a torque for fastening a pushing ring. The pipe joint made of resin according to the present invention comprises a joint body having a receiving port, a cylindrical portion, an annular groove portion and a stepped surface. An inner ring forcedly inserted by the pushing ring is provided with an outer projection, an inner projection and an annular recessed portion. On at least one portion among axially opposed portions of each surface, an axial sealing portion is disposed. On at least one portion among radially opposed portions of each surface, an radial sealing portion is disposed. The joint body, the inner ring and the pushing ring are individually made of an optional synthetic resin selected among PFA, PTFE, ETFE, CTFE, and ECTFE.
