    摘要: A lead frame for use in producing of a semiconductor integrated circuit comprises a lead frame member, a plurality of leads, a tie bar, a plurality of auxiliary leads, a support-stay portion and a connecting portion. A semiconductor element such as an IC chip is mounted on a semiconductor-element-mounting portion of the lead frame member, while the leads are arranged along and extending from a side portion of the lead frame member. The tie bar is connected among the leads and auxiliary leads at their tip-edge portions. Herein, the auxiliary leads are electrically unconnected from the semiconductor element. Further, the support-stay portion is provided at a corner portion of the lead frame member. The connecting portion is provided between a base-edge portion of the support-stay portion and a base portion of the auxiliary lead. A location of the connecting portion is selected in such a manner than the connecting portion will be unaffected by bending of the leads. In the electroplating of the leads, electric power is certainly applied to the auxiliary lead through the support-stay portion and connecting portion. In order to obtain an uniform thickness of the plated layer formed on the leads, the leads and auxiliary leads are arranged with generally equal spacing therebetween.

    摘要: In constructoin of a magnetic recording medium provided with one circular track for magnetic graduations and another circular track for standard marks, the standard marks are accompanied with specified magnetic identification marks so that discrimination between the standard marks can be fairly done without any influence by the number of the standard marks only by reading them out together with the identification marks. The medium is advantageously used for displacement detectors such as magnetic rotary encoders and magnetic linear scales.

    摘要: An operation cable has an operational structure in which an inner member inserted into a tubular outer member is pulled from a lower end side thereof. The operation cable having a double layer structure is axially connected to a double layer cable that is constructed from a stay of a headrest and a push rod inserted into the tubular stay. In particular, the stay is inserted into a support positioned on an upper portion of the seat back, a lower end of the stay and an upper end of the inner member are axially connected to each other, so that a lower end of the push rod in the tubular stay and a head portion of the outer member are positioned closer to each other. As a result, the push rod can be pushed by the head portion of the outer member when the operation cable is pulled.

    摘要: A connection end portion of a inner member is provided with engagement projections and a connection end portion of a stay is formed with reception grooves that are capable of axially receiving the engagement projections. When operation cable is axially inserted into a cylindrical support, the engagement projections are axially received in insertion grooves and are retained in terminal end positions thereof that are bent in a circumferential direction. When the stay is axially inserted into the cylindrical support in this condition, the engagement projections are axially received in the reception grooves and move to terminal end positions thereof that are bent in an opposite circumferential direction. As a result, the operation cable is positioned in an axial connection condition in which the operation cable is suspended in the stay.

    摘要: A headrest moving mechanism includes linking members that links a support portion and a headrest base portion to each other; and elongated holes formed in the headrest base portion. The elongated holes slidably receive a connection shaft provided to the support portion, thereby determining a postural position of the support portion. The elongated holes are shaped so as to move the support portion forwardly and upwardly with respect to the headrest base portion from an initial position in a time before the vehicle back-side collision happens to a collision preparatory position as the linking members are rotated.
