摘要: A minimum scheduling offset value (Kmin value) between scheduling DCI and a corresponding data communication can be determined based on a control channel configuration. Particular scheduling DCI scheduling a particular corresponding data communication can be received. A determination can be made regarding whether the determined Kmin value is applicable to the particular scheduling DCI and the particular corresponding data communication. The particular corresponding data communication can be communicated with a network such that the offset between the particular scheduling DCI and the particular corresponding data communication is at least the determined Kmin value.

One method includes: receiving a message that configures a set of resources that each includes a downlink resource or an uplink sounding resource and is associated with an uplink transmission beam pattern; receiving scheduling information for an uplink transmission that is associated with a resource of the set of resources; determining an uplink transmission beam pattern associated with the resource; determining a configured maximum output power for the uplink transmission beam pattern that is based on an antenna array property associated with the uplink transmission beam pattern; determining a transmit power for the uplink transmission based on the configured maximum output power; and performing the uplink transmission using the uplink transmission beam pattern based on the transmit power.

One method includes receiving a handover command message from a first cell, wherein: the handover command message includes first information that indicates a configuration of a second cell, random access channel resources on the second cell, and a first reference signals associated with the second cell; each of the first reference signals is associated with a random access channel resource; second information indicates skip configurations and second reference signals are associated with the second cell; and each of the second reference signals is associated with a random access skip configuration. The method includes receiving a first set of downlink reference signals and a second set of downlink reference signals. The method includes, selecting a first downlink reference signal and determining whether to perform a random access procedure.

The DCI can schedule an unlicensed uplink (UL) transmission for a UE. The DCI can include a field that indicates whether the UE should apply a scaling factor when determining a Transport Block Size (TBS). A transport block can be transmitted in the unlicensed UL transmission based on the received DCI.

摘要: A method during a random access procedure and apparatus is provided, where a first downlink transmit antenna port is selected for transmission on random access channel resources associated with the first downlink transmit antenna port using a first preamble transmit power. A second downlink transmit antenna port is then selected, which is different from the first downlink transmit antenna port, when a random access response message is not received within a random access response reception time window. A preamble transmit power adjustment value is then determined, based upon one or more downlink transmit antenna port specific parameters received from the wireless communication network. A second preamble transmit power based on the determined preamble transmit power adjustment value and the first preamble transmit power is determined. A second preamble with the determined second preamble transmit power is then transmitted on a second subset of random access channel resources, which are associated with the second downlink transmit antenna port.

One apparatus includes a transceiver that transmits groupcast data via sidelink communication to a set of UEs and receives negative acknowledgement feedback via sidelink communication from at least one UE of the set. The apparatus includes a processor that determines a retransmission mode based on the received feedback and controls the transceiver to send selectively beamformed retransmission of the groupcast data according to the determined retransmission mode.
