    摘要: The present invention is concerned with a method for real-time emergency control of power transmission networks, based on a modification of the model predictive control (MPC) approach. Following the detection of a contingency at time tc only one nominal trajectory xnom is approximated, together with its corresponding trajectory sensitivities for evaluating the effect of various key parameters or potential control actions. An optimum input control is finally identified via the solution of a cost function including e.g. a punishment for excessive load shedding. The process is started only if the nominal trajectory does not remain within acceptable trajectory limits.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to power system sensitivities as computed from power flow parameters and control parameters of a Power Flow Control Device (PFC). To this end, control parameter variations are applied to or generated by a PFC, and comprise variations in a control input u, a control effort e (injected series voltage, inserted series reactance), or a control effect q (power flow, active power transfer, phase-shift, current). A power flow response measuring unit measures a variation of a power flow response such as current, active or apparent power, in a way sufficiently synchronized with the control parameter variation to allow establishing an unambiguous causal relationship or correspondence in the form of a power system sensitivity. The latter may be on-line adapted to continuously reflect an updated aspect of the power system behavior, and thus enable an improved, fast and reliable power flow control in power systems comprising a meshed power network with two parallel flow paths or corridors connecting two areas or sub-systems.

    摘要: A limitation of the interaction between cascaded tap changers and/or between a tap changer and a shunt compensator independently of any real-time communication between the respective controllers is disclosed. Coordinated voltage control in distribution networks can be achieved by an adaptive updating or tuning of control parameters DB4, TD4 of a voltage control unit controlling a second voltage control device, depending on instantaneous or actual operating conditions evaluated by the voltage control unit itself. Instead of using constant control parameters initially set by a commissioning engineer, the parameters are updated based on a voltage level UP4, which in turn is responsive to or affected by any control action performed by a first voltage control device neighboring the second voltage control device. The voltage control unit calculates a deviation of an instantaneous value of the voltage level from a reference value, and translates or maps this deviation to an update of its dead bands and/or time delay characteristics. Hence, the voltage control unit can anticipate, or determine a likelihood of, a control action of the first voltage control device, without the need for a real-time transmission of this information to the voltage control unit.
