Abstract:
A vibrating plate system comprises at least two vibrating plates are mechanically coupled to one another via a coupling device and a controlling transmitter for outputting control data to the vibrating plates. Each of the vibrating plates comprises a receiving device for receiving the control data, a drive mechanism for propelling the vibration plate forwardly and rearwardly, and a position determining device for determining the position of the relevant vibrating plate within the group. A rule memory is also provided in which control rules are stored. One control rule defines a correlation between a control measure for controlling the traveling mechanism according to the position of the vibrating plate and an item of control information given by the control data. In each vibrating plate, a single control device selects a suitable control rule according to the position of the vibrating plate and to the control measure.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a frequency converter for an immersion vibrator, comprising a mobile converter housing, and a converter circuit disposed in said converter housing and adapted to convert an electrical supply voltage to a special voltage. The converter is further provided with a feed line that is mechanically linked with the converter housing and electrically connected to the converter circuit. At the end of said feed line facing away from the converter housing a plug part is disposed. The converter circuit feeds a connector with the special voltage, a plug part of the immersion vibrator being insertable into said connector.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides several systems. In general, it provides E-field sensor systems that utilize at least one electrode 100 adapted for creating an E-field in an area 210 within a detection volume where fluid presence 400 or presence of a solid body 300 is to be detected. The electrical field sensor is configured to generate a detected signal responsive to a change in capacitance of the electric field, and is communicatively coupled to the electrode 100. In addition, a processor 275 is configured to determine a quantitative measure of a fluid or solid body within the detection volume in accordance with a capacitive relationship with the detection volume. Described are examples of the system for fluid presence detection, fluid level measurement and measurement of proximity to a solid object.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a pneumatic spring percussion mechanism comprising a driving piston moving back and forth in a housing of the percussion mechanism and a percussion piston, wherein a pneumatic spring is configured between the driving piston and the percussion piston. The movement of the driving piston can be transmitted to a percussion piston by means of said pneumatic spring. The driving piston can be driven by an electric linear motor and is connected to an aromatic of the linear motor, forming a single piece therewith. This arrangement makes it possible to eliminate the use of a conventional rotary motor and a crank mechanism to drive the driving piston.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a protective device for an electric consumer. A residual-current circuit-breaker is located in an electrical supply line between a mains connection and a switch device of the consumer. Said residual-current circuit-breaker has a detection device for recognizing a residual current and a first interrupter for interrupting the supply of electricity from the mains connection to the switch device in accordance with a switching signal from a detection device. If an electrical energy storage device is provided in the switching device, a second interrupter is provided, this second interrupter being controlled by the residual-current circuit-breaker.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a motor-driven operating device that comprises a guide handle. Two sensor elements are provided on the guide handle and in two handle areas for detecting the hands of an operator. An ignition device of the motor is controlled by means of a security control device in such a way that the speed can only be increased beyond a security speed when the guide handle is held with both hands, whereby said security control device evaluates the sensor signals. The motor speed is limited to the security speed when the two sensor signals are missing.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a concrete compacting device for compacting plastically deformable concrete in a formwork, comprising at least one vibrating unit which is attached to the formwork and has a vibration-generating unit. The compacting device is characterized in that the vibrating unit comprises an acceleration sensor for generating a signal corresponding to a vibration generated by the vibration-generating unit at the level of the formwork, and a control unit which is impinged upon by said signal and serves to control operating parameters of the vibration-generating unit.
Abstract:
A device for controlling the speed of an internal combustion engine in a working tool including a device for recognizing a special operating state of the working tool. By way of example, a special operating state can be taken to mean the start-up of the internal combustion engine or a danger that can occur when the user lets go of said working tool or the tool tips over. An adjustment device adjusts the engine speed of the internal combustion engine to a safety speed that is below the operating speed of the internal combustion engine when the special operating state is recognized.
Abstract:
A soil compacting machine has a receiver unit that can receive control signals from a transmitter unit to a receiver unit. The transmitter unit can be operated by a user and is separate from the machine. The control signals are then processed into commands and sent to a control mechanism of the machine. Signals originating from the transmitter unit and reflected by the machine are received as safety signals by a receiver connected to the transmitter unit and are tested in relation to at least one distance-dependent parameter. If the parameter which is tested shows that a predetermined safety distance between the machine and the receiver is not respected, the transmission of the control signals or the operation of the machine is interrupted.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an outside concrete vibrator for mounting to a concrete formwork, comprising an oscillation exciter that can be driven by an electric motor, a carrier that supports the oscillation exciter and that can be mounted on the concrete formwork, and at least one electric supply line having a power supply leading to the electric motor. A detection device inductively detects a power state in the power supply. The detected power state can be displayed via an optical signal via a display device.
