    摘要: The invention relates to an ablation apparatus for intracardiac treatments which comprises a high-frequency source whose power output is controlled in a power-or temperature-controlled mode. Ablation catheters which each comprise at least one energy-emitting pole can be used with the apparatus, the or each pole comprising at least one temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of a tissue. The temperature sensors of the poles are either thermistors or thermocouples. The instrument further comprises a sensor-detection system and corresponding devices by means of which the power output can be automatically regulated such that the power is regulated according to the actual catheter type. To that end, it is not necessary to use a specially coded catheter and no special manual operations are necessary for adjusting the catheter type.

    摘要: The electrical connector (1) with a socket section (2) and a plug section (3) contains a clip (4) by which the pin (5) of the plug section (3) can be clamped in the axial direction and secured against unintentional withdrawal. In addition there is protection against contact with the live parts of the connector (1) which nevertheless permits the rotation of the clip (4) so that it can be closed and opened. Essentially, the plug section (2) has a sleeve (13) which surrounds the pin (5) externally and in spaced relationship to it and is rotatable in relation to the plug section (2), which sleeve (13) is of such an axial length and inner dimensions that, with the pin (5) inserted into the clip (4), the sleeve (13) is axially movably pushed in an axial direction onto the component serving to rotate the conical section (6) of the clip (4) and at the same time is coupled thereto in the direction of rotation. Rotating the sleeve (13) when the electrical connector is assembled can thus close the clip and contra-rotating it opens said clip, the conical section (6) then moving axially in relation to the sleeve but being also driven in the direction of rotation. At the same time, the sleeve (13) protects the pin (5) against undesired contact even when the connector (1) is disassembled.

At least one first flexible retraction device (5) is provided for retraction of a respective first anchoring means (4), wherein the retraction device (5) is connected to the body section (2) and to the anchor (4). On conversion of the body section (2) from the unextended state to the extended state, the retraction device (5) does not expand, so that the respective anchors (4) are moved in the direction of the main body (1).
