Abstract: This power trading matching system is provided with a required power amount information acquisition part, a customer information acquisition part, a surplus power estimation part, and a matching part. The surplus power estimation part estimates the suppliable amount of surplus power based on the generated power amount, the accumulated power amount, and the consumed power amount during a prescribed time period of a customer B acquired by the customer information acquisition part. The matching part detects combinations of customers having matching conditions by comparing the information about the surplus power amount suppliable from the customer B, estimated by the surplus power estimation part, and the required power amount information of a customer A acquired by the required power amount information acquisition part.

Abstract: The present invention provides a contact determination device, control device, contact determination system, contact determination method, and contact determination program. This contact determination device acquires position information and/or posture information for a target person. Further, the state of movement of a part to be calculated in the body of the target person is calculated on the basis of acquired movement information and a body model relating to the shape of the body of the target person, said body model having been recorded in advance. Meanwhile, an electrical change is detected. Then, the contact determination device determines the state of contact between the target person and the object to be controlled on the basis of the detected electrical change and the state of movement of the part to be calculated in the body of the target person.

Abstract: A management device includes a surplus power calculator configured to compute a measurement value or an estimated value for a surplus power which is power output from the power generator excluding the power consumption of the electrical appliance; and a scheduler configured to create an operation schedule for a designated appliance scheduled to operate during a period different from a surplus power period when the surplus power is available so that the designated appliance uses the surplus power during the surplus power period to operate; the scheduler also configured to shift the operation period of the designated appliance when a potential usable power is greater than an increment in the power consumption resulting due to shifting the operation period of the designated appliance, where the potential usable power is the surplus power with a potential feed-in power excluded therefrom.
