摘要: Systems, methods, and apparatus for smart electric power grid communication are disclosed in the present invention. At least one grid element transmits at least one registration message over an Internet Protocol (IP)-based network to at least one coordinator. The at least one coordinator registers the at least one grid element upon receipt of the at least one registration message. The at least one grid element automatically and/or autonomously transforms into at least one active grid element for actively functioning in the electric power grid. The at least one coordinator tracks based on revenue grade metrology an amount of power available for the electric power grid or a curtailment power available from the at least one active grid element.

摘要: In an example embodiment, a battery unit comprises a battery unit housing; and a battery unit circuit. In this example embodiment, the battery unit housing contains at least a portion of the battery unit circuit, and the battery unit circuit further comprises: a battery cell, an inverter to control the charging and discharging of the battery cell, a processor to provide control signals to the inverter for controlling the charging and discharging of the battery cell, and one of: a power plug for coupling to and uncoupling from a power outlet assembly, and a luminaire base for coupling to and uncoupling from a luminaire socket in a light fixture. In this example embodiment, the battery unit is rated at less than or equal to 2400 Volt-Amperes. The battery unit may further comprise a transceiver.

Data from the field sensor may go to the optimizer and the building management system. The data may be processed at the optimizer and the building management system for proper settings at the building management system.

摘要: A building energy management system includes building equipment, a data collector, an analytics service, a timeseries database, and an energy management application. The building equipment monitor and control one or more variables in the building energy management system and provide data samples of the one or more variables. The data collector collects the data samples from the building equipment and generates a data timeseries including a plurality of the data samples. The analytics service performs one or more analytics using the data timeseries and generates a results timeseries including a plurality of result samples indicating results of the analytics. The timeseries database stores the data timeseries and the results timeseries. The energy management application retrieves the data timeseries and the results timeseries from the timeseries database in response to a request for timeseries data associated with the one or more variables.

The method further includes converting the alternative signal into a third signal by the converter inside the RF environment within the processing chamber. The method further includes controlling a first plurality of elements disposed within the RF environment within the processing chamber via one or more first devices disposed within the RF environment within the processing chamber using the third signal and controlling a second plurality of elements of the substrate processing system via one or more second devices of the substrate processing system using the second signal.
