Abstract: A charge and discharge control device (30) controls the charging and discharging of a plurality of capacitors (11) configure to be removably connected in parallel to a vehicle (20). A receiver (34) acquires the remaining capacity of each of the capacitors (11). A required power calculator (33) calculates the amount of power required to reach a station (100) where the exchange of battery packs (10) including the capacitors (11) is performed, from position information about the station (100) and the current location of the vehicle (20). A target remaining capacity generator (35) calculates the target remaining capacity of each of the storage units (11) upon arrival at the station (100) from the required power amount calculated by the required power calculator (33) and sum of the remaining capacity of each of the storage units (11) acquired by the remaining capacity receiver (34). A charge and discharge controller (36) performs charging and discharging among the storage units (11) so that the target remaining capacity calculated by the target remaining capacity generator (35) will be attained.

Abstract: Power coordination control systems (10a-10c) are provided with superimposed signal generation units (11a-11c), transmission units (12a-12c), receiving units (13a-13c) and connection relation estimation units (14a-14c). At the location of a utility consumer A (20), the superimposed signal generation unit (11a) generates a superimposed signal by superimposing a prescribed signal on a voltage supplied from a system (50). The transmission unit (12a) transmits the superimposed signal generated in the superimposed signal generation unit (11a) from the utility consumer A (20) to utility consumers B (30) and C (40). The receiving unit (13b) receives the superimposed signal at the location of the utility consumer B (30). The connection relation estimation units (14a-14c) estimate the connection relation between the utility consumer A (20) and the utility consumer B (30) on the basis of the receiving status of the superimposed signal and/or the received information received by the receiving units (13a-13c).

Abstract: A calculation device, a calculation method, and a non-transitory computer readable recording medium including a calculation program with which a length of a target region required for a body model can be determined by means of a simple motion are provided. This calculation device configures a wearable device to initiate measurement of a measurement target region. After the measurement of the measurement target region is initiated, a worker wearing the wearable device performs a motion such as rotation of an arm, for example, etc. The calculation device acquires measured information two or more times over time and calculates a body model on the basis of the acquired measured information. During calculation of the body model, calculation is performed to determine a length of a calculation target region by approximately determining a circle or sphere having the length from the rotation center to the calculation target region as a radius using a mathematical method such as a least-squares method on the basis of the measured information acquired over time. Then, the calculation device records the calculated body model in a body model recording unit.

The memory part stores apparatus information related to the external apparatus identified by the sender identifying part and power storage status information related to the status change of the power storage apparatus caused by charging or discharging performed according to the control signal transmitted from the external apparatus. The deterioration degree estimating part estimates the deterioration degree of the power storage apparatus to which a charge/discharge control is performed according to the control signal transmitted from the sender apparatus based on the apparatus information and the power storage status information.
