    摘要: A wireless device transmits a first preamble via a first sub-band. The wireless device determines to perform a first preamble retransmission based on receiving no response to the first preamble. The wireless device selects, for the first preamble retransmission, a second sub-band. Based on the second sub-band being different from the first sub-band, the wireless device determines that a transmission power of the first preamble retransmission may be based on a same value of a power ramping counter used for transmitting the first preamble. The wireless device transmits, based on the transmission power, a second preamble for the first preamble retransmission via the second sub-band.

    摘要: A wireless device receives, from a base station, one or more radio resource control messages indicating: a first value of a first bandwidth part (BWP) inactivity timer for a first cell, and a second value of a second BWP inactivity timer for a second cell. A downlink control information (DCI) is received, via the first cell, indicating a set of sidelink resources for sidelink transmission via the second cell. In response to the DCI, the first BWP inactivity timer is restarted based on the first value. A transport block, of the sidelink transmission, is transmitted via a sidelink resource of the set of sidelink resources. In response to transmitting via the sidelink resource, the second BWP inactivity timer is restarted based on the second value.

The configuration parameters indicate a primary zone configuration, a secondary zone configuration, and a first primary zone identifier of a first primary zone. a second primary zone identifier of a second primary zone in which the first wireless device is positioned, is determined based on a geographic location of the first wireless device using the primary zone configuration. A secondary zone identifier of a secondary zone in which the first wireless device is positioned, is determined based on the geographic location using the secondary zone configuration. The first wireless device transmits control information indicating the secondary zone identifier to second wireless device(s). The control information is transmitted via the resource pool, in response to the second primary zone identifier being the same as the first primary zone identifier.

The wireless device may also receive a command to activate the secondary cell for cross-carrier scheduling the primary cell. The wireless device may further receive the DCI based the DCI format and based on a quantity of appended predefined values via the second search space of the secondary cell.
